This apartment complex is located 200-250 m from the beach. The complex has 65 apartments that can sleep 2-4 or 4-6 people. It has a restaurant and a small playground. The apartments are fully equipped with a bathroom, some of them with showers (and separate toilets in the apartments with 2 bedrooms), a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and 1 or 2 bedrooms. They also have a fully equipped kitchen with a double-door fridge or fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, toaster, microwave, tea/coffee maker and ironing set, safe and terrace with table and chairs. In the living room and bedrooms there are ceiling fans. On request, guests can choose an apartment with air conditioning for a small additional charge. The complex offers outdoor garden areas. There are 2 swimming pools with sun loungers, one of which is only open from June 15 to September 14, as well as a snack bar in the pool area. There is also a jacuzzi and a sauna available. The apartments are located near 3 golf courses: Valle del Este, Desert Spring and Marina de la Torre. Guests can go canoeing or pedal boating (subject to payment).
