There are no facilities for charging Electric Vehicles at our apartment. **THE APARTMENT BLOCK CANNOT COPE WITH THE POWER DEMAND** There are 2 public charging points in the centre of Châtel, and a TESLA charging point in Chapelle D'Abondance. As is the custom in France, you will need to clean the apartment before you leave and cleaning materials are provided. However, if you would prefer not to clean the apartment yourself on departure, I can arrange for my Agent in Châtel to do it at a cost of 75 euros. Please let me know and I will endeavour to arrange cleaning, but it may not be possible for peak periods if insufficient notice is given. The cleaning charge can be deducted from the security deposit. If you decide to clean it yourself, we reserves the right to deduct a cleaning charge from the security deposit if it has not been done satisfactorily. Also, I can put you in touch with a local linen company, they charge around 20 Euros per person and around 20 Euros for delivery and collection.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
