Yes, more than one. Being a 4-star it’s supposed to have more services that are assumed to be there — but they weren’t. We were going to complain about things that weren’t right; they did fix them, but the time wasted and the annoyance you get isn’t normal. The hotel meets the standards of a 2-star, but not a 4-star. The buffet is one of the worst I’ve eaten at, and I say that as someone who stays in hotels a lot.
Si , mas de uno, al ser 4 * se supone que tiene que tener mas servicios, que se suponen que estan , pero no, nos íbamos a quejar de cosas que no estaban bien, si lo solucionaban,pero la pérdida de tiempo y el enfado que cojes pues no es normal, el hotel reúne las condiciones de un hotel de 2* pero de 4* ni hablar, el bufete de los peores que he comido y te lo digo que voy mucho a hoteles

The pools are nice, but there are only three umbrellas.

I have no idea where this hotel’s 4 stars come from. It would be a 3-star at best, and that's being very, very generous.
The rooms are small and smell of tobacco, the staff's service is poor, the facilities are old and badly maintained, and the buffet restaurant is low quality.

The staff were very attentive and it has a good location, close to the beach, the shopping area and the castle.

The room was quite basic, with a balcony overlooking a small car park. The air conditioning temperature couldn’t be adjusted properly. We booked Half Board. It's better to go to breakfast early: I never managed to get a croissant any day, as they hardly ever refill them, and it’s the same at dinner — if you want fruit for dessert, it runs out quickly. The food overall was good, it’s a small buffet with little variety, but there was a bit of everything.
Habitación bastante sencilla, balcon con vistas a un miniparquing. El aire acondicionado no se podia regular bien la temperatura. Cogimos media pension, el desayuno mejor ir a primera hora, los crusanes no conseguí comer ningun dia, casi no reponen y en la cena pasa igual si quieres comer fruta de postre, se acaba rápido. La comida en general estaba bien, es un buffet pequeño, poca variedad pero habia de todo.

The manager of the hotel is rude and arrogant, and the management of the dining room is pathetic. There's very little food and it's always the same, with far too few staff to serve — a dining room for around 200 people attended by just 2 people.

The hotel has a lot of things to improve. Despite being rated as a 4-star, the quality is very low. There’s nothing about it that stands out. The facilities and furniture are old and basic. The food is bad, the car park was a tiny patch of rough ground, expensive and not supervised. The hairdryer didn’t work, and the air conditioning broke down during the night. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Honestly, I think this is an offer that Busco un deal should remove.
El Hotel tiene muchas cosas que mejorar. A pesar de ser categoría 4 estrellas, la calidad es muy baja. No destaca en ningún aspecto. Instalaciones y mobiliario antiguo y sencillo. La comida es mala, el parking era un terraplén enano, caro y sin vigilancia. El secador no iba, el aire acondicionado falló por la noche. Desde luego no lo recomiendo. Desde luego es una oferta que yo personalmente recomendaría quitarla de Busco un chollo.

The booking was for 4 adults and a 10-year-old child. The rooms were fine with air conditioning. They changed the room to provide more comfortable mattresses, which was appreciated. The location was very good.
La reserva era de 4 adultos y un niño de 10 años. Las habitaciones bien con aire acondicionado. Hicieron un cambio de habitación para tener colchones más comodos y se agradece. La ubicación muy buena.
I had a whiplash injury the day before and couldn’t go. It’s true we didn’t take out cancellation insurance because we booked at short notice, but I think the hotel could have changed the dates and they wouldn’t. We weren’t asking for a refund. We didn’t mind moving the booking to October or November, but it wasn’t possible — they were inflexible. I didn’t like that because years ago we had a similar issue at another hotel and there was no problem changing the dates. Overall, though, the four people who went were happy.
Yo tuve el día antes un accidente con un latigazo cervical y no pude ir. Es verdad que no cogimos el seguro de anulacion porque reservamos de un dia para otro pero creo que el hotel nos podia haber cambiado las fechas y no hubo manera. No era un reembolso lo que pedíamos.Nos daba igual cambiarlas para octubre o noviembre y no pudo ser, fue algo inflexible. Eso no me gustó porque hace años tuvimos un tema parecido en otro hotel y no hubo ningún problema con el cambio de fechas pero bueno en general las 4 personas que fueron estuvieron bien.

The staff very friendly and the location excellent. In the centre of Tossa, close to the beach. Pools are very nice and peaceful. Very good luggage storage service.

The cleanliness! It should be better and the hotel has a few areas to improve: the rooms need a touch of modernity and to be more welcoming. I also missed drinks in the room minibar (fridge), and the public areas need air conditioning, not just the **hall**. The staff are what really make you feel better and help you forget these issues a little.

La limpieza!, tendría que ser mejor y el hotel tiene algunos puntos a mejorar, las habitaciones les falta un toque de modernidad, más acogedoras. También he echado en falta bebidas en el minibar de la habitación (nevera), y las zonas comunes necesitan climatización no sólo el Hall!, el personal es el que realmente te hace sentir mejor, y olvidar un poco estos temas....
