The location was good and the apartment was clean and had a parking spot.
There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms, there were not enough pillows and we had to wait the next day to get them. Apartment was a little cold and the beds were really bad quality. The shower head was broken and hot water not enough for 4 people.

Shelves and other broken parts, electrical box always down, there was no hot water on one of the days, windows without thermal insulation (a lot of wind comes in) and central heating didn't work

Good heating, good shower and generally an acceptable apartment for the money. Bus service runs to and from the centre of Sierra Nevada
No kettle or t towel. Superficially clean but lacking a bit of TLC

The staff was very helpful when it came to providing us with everything needed, they even took time to help us with a personal matter! The apartment was on the level of my expectations for the price - the furniture was quite old, but we had everything we needed including brand new linens and towels. We had 3 heaters for a relatively small studio, so it was quite warm. The location was good as well, you can walk down the steps for 15 minutes until the main plaza and slopes or take the main elevator but its quite crowded during the weekends
The bed was quite squeaky and not too comfortable due to its age probably, and I really missed the hairdryer, in the winter it's an absolute necessity for me. Otherwise really good!

Located next to the bus stop and 200m from the village chairlift. Modern apartment with good heating and thermal insulation. One day a radiator stopped working and they replaced it immediately. Comfortable bathroom, well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, windows with views of the village and the mountains. Plenty of clean linens and towels. Two people were very comfortable and enjoyed their stay.

Apartamento moderno, buena calefacción y buen aislamiento térmico, uno de los días un radiador dejó de funcionar y nos lo repusieron al momento, baño cómodo, cocina comoda y con los utensilios necesarios, ventanas con vistas al pueblo y a la montaña. Ropa de cama y toallas abundante y limpia. Estuvimos 2 personas muy cómodos y disfrutamos la estancia
I liked everything, although I would improve it with a shower screen instead of a curtain, because the floor got wet and there's no vent for condensation. In the kitchen, the extractor fan only acted as a filter, since the pipe that carries the smoke after filtering it ended up back in the kitchen itself. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Everything was awful. The refrigerator door didn't close properly, the shower head was broken and we had to remove it because no water came out, and there was only one duvet when there were two of us. If you want to rest, it's difficult because it's where school holidays and other activities take place, and you can hear everything. To top it all off, when we were leaving, the apartment manager sent me a WhatsApp message saying the microwave door had been forced open, even though I only used the microwave once and haven't touched it since. So it was like that before. They also said there were three duvets when there was only one, which is a lie. We were two friends and one of us was sleeping with just a sheet. And they said we should have reported it within the first four hours. How am I supposed to know about the number of duvets? You're supposed to put them on the beds so guests can see them when they arrive, or at least have the beds made. It's a disgrace.
Estaba todo fatal, el frigorífico no cerraba bien, la alcachofa de la ducha rota q la tuvimos q quitar porque no salía agua, un solo edredón cuando éramos dos personas si quieres descansar lo tienes difícil porque es donde hacen los viajes de estudios de los colegios etc y se escucha todo y para rematar cuando nos vamos me envía un watshap el los apartamentos diciendo q la puerta del microondas está forzada, cuando he utilizado el microondas una sola vez y no lo he vuelto a tocar, ósea q estaba asi, y q habían 3 edredones y solo hay 1, cuando eso es mentira vamos si fuimos dos amigos y uno estaba durmiendo con una sabana, y dice q lo teníamos q haber comunicado las 4 primeras horas, pues yo q sé los edredones que hay eso lo tenéis q hacer vosotros poner los edredones encima de las camas para cuando entre el cliente lo vea o tener las camas hechas por lo menos, una vergüenza.

As I contacted the people who gave us the keys, and didn't even get a response, the apartment doesn't match the photos at all. The extractor fan was broken, the electrical outlets were loose, which was a problem both in terms of comfort and safety. It's clear that it's a tiny apartment, hastily and carelessly put together. There were loose wall frames, the windows couldn't be fully opened because the wood on the wall wouldn't allow it, and the sofa bed couldn't have been more uncomfortable; the metal frame underneath kept getting in the way. In short, when I return to Sierra Nevada, I will definitely rule out staying here again.

The apartment for 6 people didn't have enough amenities for that number. There were 4 glasses, 2 cups, 2 soup plates, and several flat plates, but not enough cutlery for everyone. The sofa had dirty fabric on the people you slept on, and it was very uncomfortable for two people, as the mattress had several crosswise sections that were noticeable when lying down. I can understand why it's cheap, but it has to meet a minimum standard. The 4-people studios we also used were somewhat better equipped.
El apartamento para 6 personas no tenía servicio suficiente para ese número. Había 4 vasos, 2 tazas, 2 platos hondos, varios llanos, sin cubiertos para todos.. El sofá tenía sucios la tela de los asientos sobre los que se dormía y era muy incómodo para 2 personas ya que el colchón se formaba con varias partes transversales q se notaban al tumbarse. Puedo entender q sea económico pero tiene q tener un mínimo. Los estudios de 4 personas que también usamos estaban algo mejor equipados.
