Having to take out the trash before checking out and I asked if you had a little harder pillows because the ones that were there were very uncomfortable and I didn't get any response

Everything was done online, a few days before the landlord sent message via whatsapp to do the check-in: fill information about all hosts, pay 200 euros for caution (reverted when we left the apartment clean), and pay Andorra tourism tax. Then in the day before our arrival we got message from host with all the information: garage access code and parking number, apartment acess code and wifi passwords. This was great because we only arrived at 2am and we didn't need to talk to anyone. The wifi was fast. The heating was okay. The location is not the best but also not far from Canillo and El Tarter. Overall for the price it was a good place.
The car garage is outside the apartment building, there is no direct access (although it is very close). The parking spaces are small but possible to park with some caution (we drove a ford focus). There is no dedicated place to store skis, we ended up leaving them in the car and bringing only the boots to the apartment to dry. Regarding the kitchen, there were only 2 forks, so we needed to use spoons instead, and the electric stove although it works well it's hard to use. There is no oven or washing machine, or cooking essentials (like salt, olive oil, and pepper - we needed to buy those and leave them in the apartment). In the bathroom there was only 2 toilet paper rolls when we booked 4 persons for 4 nights. I asked for more and they told me I could go to Andorra la Vela to get them (25 minutes drive), and they would advice the cleaning team about toilet paper but they never brought more, we needed to go buy for ourselves and leave the rest at the apartment when we left. The hosts were able to communicate in English but it could be improved.

Good unification, the apartment is very well equipped, the bed quite comfortable and for 2 people the space is very good, also to say that it was an apartment for 4. The hotel next door has very tasty food.

The best thing is that it has a free covered parking space. The apartment is spacious. All their attention is telematic without the need to go to their offices

They are apartments that are a bit neglected, in the apartments you have no one to go to if you have a problem, there is no reception and the telephone service is limited to a schedule.
Son apartamentos que están un poco descuidados, en los apartamentos no tienes a nadie a quien acudir si tienes un problema, no hay recepción y la atención telefónica está limitada a un horario.

Apartment near the Canillo ski resort (you have to go by car). Quiet area with good views.
Apartamento cerca de la estación de esquí de canillo (hay que ir en coche). Zona tranquila y con buenas vistas.
Very scarce resources. We were 4 people and there were only 3 towels. We were 4 people for 4 days and they only left us two garbage bags and two rolls of toilet paper. An amount that was insufficient in both cases
Recursos muy escasos.
Éramos 4 personas y solo habían 3 toallas.
Estuvimos 4 personas durante 4 días y solo nos dejaron dos bolsas de basura y dos rollos de papel higiénico. Una cantidad que fue insuficiente en ambos casos

Distance to the slopes (Canillo parking), covered garage space, it has everything you need.
Distancia a las pistas (aparcamiento Canillo), plaza de garaje cubierta, dispone de todo lo necesario.
The chairs were to change, some of them hardly stood up, their upholstery was very dirty.
Las sillas estaban para cambiar, alguna de ellas dificilmente se tenía en pie, su tapizado estaba muy sucio.

I had been a short time ago and I said I would repeat and I have. Spacious apartment, well equipped and well located for skiing (very quiet, in an urbanization 2 km from the town of Canillo and 10 minutes from El Tarter). Good Wifi. Good parking. Very good arrival process (you can be very late and you don't need to deal with anyone). They respond very fast and very friendly. I will repeat :-)
Había estado hacía poco tiempo y dije que repetiría y lo he hecho. Apartamento espacioso, bien equipado y bien situado para esquiar (muy tranquilo, en urbanización a 2 km del pueblo de Canillo y a 10 minutos de El Tarter). Buena Wifi. Buen parking. Proceso de llegada muy bueno (puedes llegar muy tarde y no hace falta tratar con nadie). Responden muy rápido y muy amables. Volveré a repetir :-)
I had already commented that the process of check-in and payment of the deposit is a bit cumbersome but if you already know it (as is my case) it goes much faster.
Ya había comentado que el proceso de check-in y pago de fianza es un pelín engorroso pero si ya te lo conoces (como es mi caso) va mucho más rápido.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Correct cleaning. Good heating. Good situation in urbanization 2 km from the town of Canillo. Good Wifi. Good parking (you park badly in the area). Good kitchen utensils (the knives cut well and the pans do not stick; for the very cooks there is no oven or mixer, but there is a microwave that works very well). They respond fast. Very good check-in process if you arrive very late. To repeat.
Apartamento espacioso y cómodo. Limpieza correcta. Buena calefacción. Buena situación en urbanización a 2 km del pueblo de Canillo. Buena Wifi. Buen parking (se aparca mal por la zona). Buenos utensilios de cocina (los cuchillos cortan bien y las sartenes no se pegan; para los muy cocinillas no hay horno ni batidora pero sí microondas que funciona muy bien). Responden rápido. Muy buen proceso de llegada si llegas muy tarde. Para repetir.
The deposit reservation process is a bit cumbersome and then it takes about 1 week to release the deposit (I imagine that it is not the fault of the landlord but it would be nice if they were notified so as not to be pending).
El proceso de reserva de fianza es un poco engorroso y luego tardan alrededor de 1 semana en liberar la fianza (imagino que no es culpa del arrendador pero estaría bien que se avisara para no estar pendiente).
