- Apartment with the basic needs and facilities to go skiing for a few days. It has just enough, the kitchenware it offers is very complete. The bedroom is big and the bathroom is clean and spacious. It is not a type of apartment where you are going to spend time, it is an apartment for people who are going to be out practically all day and they are going to use it to sleep and shower and for that, the value for money is good. It is a bit far away to be able to access the cable car on foot, but you can get around without problems by car.
- Apartamento con las necesidades y facilidades básicas para ir unos días a esquiar. Tiene lo justo y suficiente, el menaje de cocina que ofrece es muy completo. El dormitorio es grande y el baño está limpio y es espacioso. No es un tipo de apartamento donde vayas a pasar tiempo, es un apartamento para personas que van a estar prácticamente todo el día fuera y lo van a usar para dormir y ducharse y para eso, la relación calidad precio es buena. Está un poco apartado para poder acceder andando al telecabina pero en coche puedes moverte sin problemas.

Good afternoon, the text that I am going to write below is not an assessment, but rather a claim with the drawback that I cannot post photos/videos of all the facts that I will present below. We are a group of friends who are satisfied with little, we do not have high expectations but what we have experienced is surreal. Go ahead, I am a regular customer of esquiades.com, I contract a pack at least once a year, this time it has undoubtedly been a bad experience and although I understand that the apartment is not owned by equiades.com, they are responsible for Advertise unlike "apartment" on your web portal. Let's go there, first to find the apartment you have to follow instructions that are well done but with the drawback that there is nowhere the name Apartments 3000 in the entrance portal. Once there, the keys were in the "first surprise" mailbox, the mailbox was broken, that is, whoever wanted to enter before our arrival would have had no problems.. or why not at the exit? They had to be left right there with the broken door and with the impossibility of closing it. We proceed to enter the apartment... we are going to count the things that were broken or that did not work (I cannot post photos/videos); one of the main lights in the dining room/bedroom was not working. One of the legs of the dining room chairs was holding on by the hair, we didn't have the courage to sit them there, so we had to find a place for breakfast both days. The cleaning was not correct, there were bread crumbs (or similar) on top of the main table (it's a pity I can't post the photo). The fridge smelled very difficult to describe, you have to have a cure and leave it open if you don't use it. Of broken things, a few; the curtain had scratches, the tiles danced and the wooden frame of the bathroom door was slightly raised, so they wouldn't blame us, we took photos of everything. There is more; Wi-Fi does not exist, neither paying nor in any way. A disaster in a country where roaming does not exist. One of us had to do a telematics task for work and we had to find another place. What to say about the car park? Before making the booking we already saw that it would be complicated, the simplest thing would be to put; You have to pay for car park yes or yes, and you don't complicate life for people who are on holiday. Also, the apartment regulations are laughable (I didn't take a photo and I don't remember verbatim) but they threatened to charge you €35 if you used the heating supply excessively. In short, it is clear that we will not repeat it and we ask esquiades.com for one more mica than cure when offering according to quin allotjament. Remain at the skiers' disposal to send photos and videos of the skis.
Buenas tardes, el texto que voy a escribir a continuación no es una valoración, sinó que una reclamación con el inconveniente que no puedo colgar fotos/videos de todos los hechos que expondré a continuación. Somos un grupo de amigos que con poco nos conformamos, no tenemos pretensiones altas pero lo que hemos vivido es un surrealista.
Vaya por delante que soy cliente habitual de esquiades.com , mínimo una vez al año contrato un pack, esta vez sin duda ha sido una mala experiencia y aunque entiendo que el apartamento no es de titularidad de equiades.com, si que son responsables que anunciar desemejante "apartamento" en su portal web.
Vamos allá, primeramente para encontrar el apartamento hay que seguir una instrucciones que están bien hechas pero con el inconveniente que en ningún sitio hay el nombre Apartamentos 3000 en el portal de entrada. Una vez allí, las llaves estaban dentro de la buzon "primera sorpresa", la buzon estaba rota, o sea quien hubiera querido entrar antes de nuestra llegada no hubiera tenido problemas... o por que no a la salida? se tenian que dejar allí mismo con la puerta rota y con la imposibilidad de cerrarla.
Procedemos a entrar al apartamento... vamos a contar la de cosas rotas o que no funcionaban (no puedo colgar fotos/videos); una de las luces principales del comedor/habitación no funcionaba. Una de las patas de la sillas del comedor se aguantaba por los pelos, no tuvimos el valor de sentarlos allí, por lo que tuvimos que buscarnos un sitio para el desayuno de los dos días. La limpieza no era correcta, había migas de pan (o similares) encima de la mesa principal (lastima que no pueda colgar la foto). La nevera hacia una olor muy difícil de describir, hay que tener cura y dejarla abierta sino se utiliza. De cosas rotas, unas cuantas; la cortina tenia rasguños, los azulejos bailaban y el marco de madera la puerta del baño estaba ligeramente levantado, para que no nos lo imputaran a nosotros hicimos fotos de todo.
Hay más; el wifi no existe, ni pagando ni de ninguna forma. Un desastre en un país donde no existe el roaming. Un de nosotros tenía que hacer una tarea telemática para el trabajo y tuvimos que buscar otro sitio. Qué decir del párquing? Antes de hacer la reserva ya vimos que se seria complicado, lo más simple seria poner; hay que pagar el párking sí o sí, y no complicas la vida a la gente que está de vacaciones. Además, la normativa del apartamento es para reirse (no hice foto y no me acuerdo textualmente) pero te amenazaban con cobrarte 35€ si utilizabas el suministro de calefacción en exceso.
En fin, esta claro que no repetiremos y pedimos a esquiades.com una mica més de cura alhora d'oferir segon quin allotjament.
Restem a la disposició d'esquiades per enviar fotos y videos dels fets.

The price is high for what is offered. There were hairs on the sheets. The living room window was broken and it was very cold. There was a mini fridge that didn't work, so they put a big fridge in the middle of the room, which took up a lot of space. More kitchen utensils were missing. To be able to wash the dishes there was a mini-sachet of soap. It is recommended that, if you want a good washing of dishes and cutlery during and before leaving the apartment, that more cleaning products be available.
El precio es alto para lo que se ofrece. Había pelos en las sábanas.
La ventana del salón estaba rota y entraba mucho frío.
Había una mini nevera que no funcionaba, por lo que pusieron en mitad del salón una nevera grande, que ocupaba bastante espacio.
Se echaban en falta más utensilios de cocina.
Para poder lavar los platos había un minisobre de jabón. Se recomienda que, si quieren que se haga un buen lavado de platos y cubiertos durante y antes de abandonar el apartamento, se disponga de más productos de limpieza.

The apartment is quite correct to spend a few days. It is comfortable and comfortable. The location is good to go to Grandvalira or to the city. Everything within 15 minutes by car, although you do not do anything on foot, except an excursion.
El apartamento esta bastante correcto para pasar unos días. Es comodo y confortable. La unbicacion esta bien para ir a Grandvalira o a la ciudad. Todo a 15 minutos de coche, aunque no haces nada a pié, salvo una excursion.
The beds are very hard because the mattress is made of flat wood. It is difficult to sleep well although the mattresses are fine. What is impossible is the issue of parking. Esquiades has wrong information about parking and wifi. It is not possible to reserve or rent any parking space in the accommodation or near it and there is no possibility of parking on the street if you are not lucky enough to get one of the only 5 spaces in front of the building. if you park wrong, you will be fined 100% sure because it disturbs the car. There is no Wifi available or paying, so you are isolated if you do not want to use your roaming.
Las camas son muy duras porque el somier es de madera plana. Cuesta dormir bien aunque los colchones estan bien. Lo que es imposible es el tema del aparcamiento.
Esquiades tiene mal la info sobre el parking y sobre el wifi. No se puede reservar ni alquilar ninguna plaza de parking en el alojamiento ni cerca de él y en la calle no hay posibilidad de aparcar si no tienes la suerte de conseguir una de las unicas 5 plazas frente al edificio. si aparcas mal, te multan 100% seguro porque molesta el coche. No hay Wifi disponible ni pagando, asi que estas aislado si no quieres usar tu roaming.

Relatively new apartment in Canillo and within walking distance of the Canillo car park (free with your fortfait). Tranquillity. Sofa bed and comfortable mattresses. Good size bathroom.
Apartamento relativamente nuevo en Canillo y a poca distancia del parking de Canillo (gratis con tu fortfait).
Tranquilidad.
Sofa cama y colchones cómodos.
Buen dimension del baño.
-Difficult to park nearby, but not impossible. -It does not have wifi.. main drawback. -Apartment just for 4. -Some kitchen utensils were missing. -Collection and delivery of keys away from the apartment.
-Dificil aparcar en la cercania, pero no imposible.
-No dispone de wifi.. principal inconveniente.
-Apartamento justo para 4.
-Faltaban algunos útiles de cocina.
-Recogida y entrega de llaves lejos del apartamento.
