Proximity to mechanical means is fantastic. Ski locker very close to the telecabine which gives immense comfort. Very good après ski!

The buffet could be more varied at dinner. The television in the room does not always work, it often has a lack of signal, only Catalan channels do not have problems. There are no foreign channels.
O buffet podia ser mais diversificado ao jantar.
A televisão no quarto nem sempre funciona, apresenta muitas vezes falta de sinal, só canais da Catalunha não têm problemas. Não há canais estrangeiros.

The location and the only good thing about the hotel, the free track guide service, the only reason why we would return, really.

The check in and out, the lack of restoration service, the general lack of information from the staff... too many things.

Lack of information from workers on slopes and their operation, reduction of staff due to low occupancy that affects the services offered, especially at dinner (2:30 for dinner). Very expensive parking for the total price of the accommodation. Ski storage only designed for skis, not for snowboards, which do not fit two and give you no alternative.
Falta de información de los trabajadores sobre pistas y su funcionamiento, reducción de personal por baja ocupación que afecta a los servicios ofrecidos, sobretodo a la cena (2h 30 para cenar). Parking muy caro por el precio total del alojamiento. Guarda-esquís sólo pensado para esquís, no para tablas de snowboard, que no caben dos y no te dan alternativa.

This hotel is very well located, very close to the cable car. The room we had was very nice. The bed was comfortable. My daughter had the sofa bed and they put a mattress on it which was very comfortable. We took half board and the food was good, not very varied, but adequate. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Aquest hotel està molt ben situat, molt a prop del telecabina. L'habitació que vam tenir estava molt bé. El llit era confortable. La meva filla tenia el llit del sofà-llit i li van posar un matalàs que era molt còmode. Vam agafar mitja pensió i el menjar estava bé, no gaire variat, però adequat.
El personal era molt amable i atent.
Wifi was not going very well outside the room.
El Wifi no anava gaire bé fora de l'habitació.

The room was great for a family like ours, with upstairs and downstairs rooms. The staff were very friendly and our stay was great!
I would have preferred a more covid aware approach to breakfast. I thought they could have replaced the buffet with something safer.
