This is a prime location, with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, etc. The sandy beach is just 50 m. Alicante airport is about 64 km from the apartment and Murcia-San Javier Airport is about 127 km. Valencia Airport is approximately 147 km. These modern apartments were constructed in 2005. The 2-bedroom apartments feature new furniture. The building also has green areas and a play area for children. There is parking on site for a fee. Each 2-bedroom apartments has 1 bedroom with double bed and one with twin beds and two bathrooms, kitchen with stove and living room with sofa bed for two people. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea. The bathrooms come with shower and bathtub, and the apartments have TV, safe, coffee / tea maker, washing machine and heating. Guests staying in the apartments can make use of the gym and sauna (the latter for a fee). There is also an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area and paddle tennis courts.
