The animation is fantastic, both for children and for all kinds of ages. The animators do an excellent job.

The hotel needs an immediate reform, I have been traveling to this hotel at least 8 times and the truth is that each time they have been getting worse, the rooms are very damaged, you reserve a queen size bed with an extra bed and on top of that you pay a surcharge, they reduce the bed for two of 90.
El hotel necesita una reforma inmediata, llevo viajando a este hotel al menos 8 veces y la verdad es que cada vez han ido empeorando, las habitaciones están muy estropeadas, reservas cama queen size con cama supletoria y encima de que pagas suplemento, te reducen la cama a dos de 90.

The meals, although not very varied on the same day, change daily and have themed dinners. They replenish the food very quickly, and most meals are well done. The animation excellent and friendly.
Las comidas, aunque no muy variadas en el mismo dia, van cambiando a diario y tienen cenas tematicas. Reponen la comida muy rapido, y la mayoria de comidas se notan bien hechas. La animacion excelente y amable.
Meals cannot be managed without shifts! It's a disaster, if you didn't arrive in the early hours, you'll eat a queue for minutes and minutes... shifts should be applied to avoid queues and crowds at each food point ( be iron, special food, etc). The issue of the hammocks is a shame. I have seen a sign saying that bookings are not allowed, but at 10 in the morning (when the pool opens), good luck if you find any. The animation is very good, but the schedules should be reduced a bit, and at night the concerts a bit, although one goes to have fun, one also wants to rest, and at that volume it is impossible. Although the rooms are clean, we can easily complain about the quality of the pillows and mattresses, and especially the cleaning shifts.. Despite leaving the room at 9:30 in the morning at the latest, we didn't find the room ready until after 3:00 in the afternoon... one day, I see how they took the card I had in my lighting, and the girl gave me a deck of them to find out which one was mine..., And later, despite having set the do not disturb (it was 16:30h, and I think I have the right to be able to take a nap) The cleaning girl tried to enter the room, because she could be heard testing cards and hitting the handlebars. No se pueden gestionar las comidas sin turnos!, Es un desastre, si no llegabas a las primeras horas, te comes una cola de minutos y minutos...se deberían aplicar turnos para evitar las colas y las aglomeraciones en cada punto de comida( sea plancha, comida especial, etc). El tema de las hamacas es una vergüenza. He visto algun cartel poniendo que no se permite reservarlas, pero a las 10 de la mañana(cuando se abre la piscina), suerte si encuentras alguna. La animacion esta muy bien, pero se deberia reducir un poco los horarios, y por las noches los conciertos un poco, si bien va uno a divertirse, tambieb desea descansar, y a ese volumen es imposible. Aunque las habitaciones estan limpias, podemos quejarnos sin problemas de la calidad de almohadas y colchones, y sobretodo los turnos de limpieza. A pesar de dejar la habitación como mucho a las 9:30 de la mañana, la habitacion no la encontrabamos preparada hasta mas de las 15:00 de la tarde...un dia, veo como me han quitado la tarjeta que tenia en la iluminacion, y la chica me dio un mazo de ellas para averiguar cual era la mia..., Y mas tarde, a pesar de haber puesto elno molestar(eran las 16:30, y creo que tengo derecho a poder dormir la siesta), la chica de la limpieza intento entrar en la habitacion, xq se la oia probando tarjetas y dandole al manillar. Salgo a abrir, y me dice que si se ha dejado una toalla...le digo que no, intenta acceder a la zona de dormitorio, y se va. Hay muchas cosas mal gestionadas

To put something negative, the buffet is somewhat repetitive, especially the meals, excellent breakfast and dinner.

Good hotel, it would lack an arrangement. Lack of plugs in the hallways to connect mobile devices. In the meal well, a more extensive variety would be missing
