The hotel's entertainment is great, the food is good, theme dinners every day, spacious rooms. The pool area is very good, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols.

The cleaning of the rooms was quite bad. We arrived and there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom. They didn't change the sheets for the whole week. They turned the pillows over and the towels were very old and scratchy. The pillows were uncomfortable for my taste.
La limpieza de las habitaciones bastante mala, llegamos y había muchos pelos n l baño,no nos cambiaron en toda la semana las sabanas,dieron vuelta a los almohadones y ñisto, las toallas son muy viejas y raspan.

I'm sorry to be blunt but it is not acceptable to sell a 4 star at its price and give a much lower quality.
