We paid for the rooms on Amimir's website and the hotel had no record of the booking. We spent more than three hours at the hotel reception and we were about to have to leave since the hotel did not receive the confirmation, the truth is that the attention of the Amimir's operator was very good and they were collaborating from the first moment to solve the situation, but all the time we wasted waiting made us not book with Amimir again
Pagamos las habitaciones en la página de Amimir y el hotel no tenía constancia de la reserva estuvimos más de tres horas en la recepción del hotel y a punto estuvimos de tener que marcharnos ya que el hotel no recibía la confirmación, la verdad que la atención de la operadora de Amimir fue muy buena y estuvieron desde el primer momento colaborando para solucionar la situación, pero todo el tiempo que perdimos esperando nos hace que no volvamos a reservar con Amimir
