La Casa Mudejar Hotel Spa

This recently renovated property occupies an impressive 15th-century Mudejar mansion and boasts a combination of modern facilities with beautiful historic interiors. The building has an impressive collection of Roman objects and unique works of art, such as its 15th-century Mudejar coffered ceiling, offers the best views of the Sierra de Guadarrama and its cistern is the largest in the city and one of the most important monuments of Segovia. There are two magnificent restaurants in the hotel. The Sephardic Fogón, which will surprise the most sophisticated palates with its innovative interpretation of traditional Castilian cuisine, also specializes in the enigmatic Sephardic cuisine. The Taberna de El Fogón, smaller, offers a more relaxed atmosphere and serves typical tapas, toasts and delicious snacks.
