          The toaster at breakfast didn't work. The central air conditioning in the upper rooms wasn't working properly, and we were immediately moved to a room with an individual air conditioning system, which worked properly.

          The rooms are dirty, the ones you see in the photos are not rooms with new furniture but everything patched up and of poor quality, the air conditioning did not work, the door was out of place, to open it you had to push it, for five days there was no change of sheets and towels because we asked for it, we did the test of leaving a piece of paper and we have verified that they have not even deigned to pass the mop, that is, the mop is not even a joke, it does not correspond to a 4 star hotel.
          Las habitaciones están sucias, las que se ven en las fotos no son habitaciones con mobiliario nuevo sino todo parcheado y de mala calidad, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba la puerta desencajada para poder abrir tenías que empujarla, durante cinco días no ha habido cambio de sábanas y toallas porque lo pedidos, hicimos la prueba de dejar un trozo de papel y hemos comprobado que no se han dignado ni a pasar la mopa ósea que la fregona ni de coña, no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas.

I contacted Amimir while waiting at reception, but the booking still never reached the hotel. I was left stranded and had to pay the hotel again directly.
