It was a great deal, but the food left a lot to be desired. The same food was served day after day. The meat and fish tasted like they’d been frozen.
The beds had hard mattresses and very thin pillows.
Cleanliness was average.

I thought it was an excellent hotel. Great value for the money.
We were given a room with excellent views, and the shower was wonderful.
The staff was lovely.
There was entertainment, which we thought was ideal since it wasn't peak season.
Overall, a very good experience.

I thought it was really bad that the food at the buffet ran out and they didn't restock it—there wasn't much variety. One day there was a chocolate fountain; they were told it was empty, but they didn't restock it, so those of us who were waiting in line to get in for dinner ended up without dessert. Really, really bad?
