If you come with children from 3 to 9 years old, it is a sure hit. My daughter had a great time on the Water Slides and made friends. The cleaning is excellent and the bathroom is new. The breakfasts at the Green Monkey were a success and the Junior Suite room with access to the pool from the terrace was a hit.
Si vienes con niños de 3 a 9 años, es un acierto seguro. Mi hija se lo ha pasado genial en los toboganes y ha hecho amigos. La limpieza es excelente y el baño nuevo. Los desayunos en el Green Monkey un acierto y la habitación Junior suite con acceso a la piscina desde la terraza un puntazo.
In an effort to be constructive, I would improve the buffet, the check-in (no one informed us about the hotel services or anything) and the lack of shade at the pool.
Con el afán de ser constructivo, mejoraría el buffet, el check in (nadie nos informó de los servicios del hotel ni de nada) y la escasez de sombras en la piscina.

The hotel is right on the beach, the food is quality although there is not much variation. The main areas are very clean and very well decorated.
El hotel está a pie de playa, la comida de calidad aunque no hay mucha variación.
Las zonas comunes muy limpias y muy bien decoradas.
There are not enough hammocks for the capacity of the hotel. For a four-star hotel there are no amenities. They don't even give you a toothbrush if you ask for it. In adult activities they admit children who are too young.
No hay hamacas suficientes para la capacidad que tiene el hotel.
Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas no hay amenities. Ni un cepillo de dientes si lo pides te dan.
En las actividades de adultos admiten a niños demasiado pequeños.

The hotel has a wide variety of food at the buffet, the rooms are comfortable.
El hotel tiene una gran variedad de comida en el buffet, las habitaciones son cómodas.
When it comes to children jumping into the pool it is a mess, there is no one watching when they jump in. My son was hit in the head twice when he jumped behind him. But I still ask a boy with a bow and he says he doesn't want to tell them anything because then the parents come to complain if he doesn't let them do what they want (which in other hotels if you don't comply they throw you out of the pool). The only girl there who is worth it is one with glasses and a cap, which was the only time the boys got involved when she blew the whistle.
A la hora de los niños tirarse en la piscina es un descontrol no hay nadie vigilando cuando se tira uno y otro. A mí hijo le dieron dos veces en la cabeza al tirarse detrás de él. Pero todavía le pregunto a un chico con moñete y dice que no quiere decirles nada porque después los padres vienen a quejarse si no los deja hacer lo que quieren(cosa que en otros hoteles si no cumples te echan de la piscina). La única chica que hay que merece la pena es una con gafas y gorra que fue el único momento que los chicos se tiraban cuando ella pitaba con el silbato.

La comida del buffet bastante buena y variada, ideal para ir con niños, y muchas piscinas
The blue hammocks are a disaster, they could be removed for the price we paid, they are embarrassing, on top of that at 8 in the morning they are all taken by towels from people who come down at 12 to bathe and no one says anything, the lifeguards are on their toes Nobody said anything despite 4 children going down the same slide at the same time, they should hire responsible and competent people in their work.
Las hamacas azules son un desastre las podían retirar para el precio que pagamos, dan vergüenza, encima a las 8 de la mañana ya estan todas cogidas por toallas de gente que baja a las 12 a bañarse y nadie dice nada, los socorristas a su bola nadie decía nada a pesar de tirarse 4 niños a la vez en el mismo tobogán, deberían de contratar gente responsable y competente en su trabajo.
