          10 Isabel Travelled with family September 2023 Un hotel ideal para desconectar y relajarse Nada 8.7 Miguel Ángel Travelled with family September 2023 Ideal for families, many activities and very well organized. Super attentive staff. It is very good that if you arrive with Full Board and you do not have time to enjoy the first meal of the day, they will give it to you on the day of departure.
          Ideal para familias, muchas actividades y muy bien organizadas. Personal súper atento. Muy bien que si llegas con pensión completa y no te da tiempo a disfrutar la primera comida del día te la dan el día de la salida.
          We were 2 adults and 4 minors. We booked 2 rooms to sleep 1 adult and two children and they gave us each one in one end of the hotel and on different floors (literally). Full Board and no drinks included (not even an initial one). They also don't list the prices of the drinks or which ones there are.
          Éramos 2 adultos y 4 menores. Reservamos 2 habitaciones para dormir 1 adulto y dos menores y nos dan cada una en una punta del hotel y en plantan distintas (literalmente). Pensión completa y ninguna bebida incluida (ni siquiera una inicial). Tampoco ponen los precios de las bebidas ni cuales hay.

          The fatal cleanliness in the rooms and in the corridors. In the buffet the coffee cups and cutlery were also dirty. I understand that there are so many guests that they don't give for more

          Hotel muy bueno,la comida muy bien,y el personal muy bueno.
          Due to the overcrowding of people, the facilities are quite neglected, especially the rooms and pools.
          Debido a la masificación de gente las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas,sobre todo las habitaciones y las piscinas.

          9.3 Sandra Travelled with family August 2023 The spectacular buffet food, all very good and varied. The beds very comfortable. The pools and Water Slides great for children.
          La comida buffet espectacular, todo muy bueno y variado. Las camas muy cómodas. Las piscinas y toboganes genial para niñ@s.
          The entertainment activities are very weak for the level of the Hotel. The stage where the summer performances, too small and with little space for the influx of people in the hotel. Few hammocks.
          Las actividades de animación muy floja para el nivel del Hotel. El escenario donde las actuaciones de verano , demasiado pequeño y con poco espacio para la afluencia de gente que hay en el hotel. Pocas hamacas.

          9 Antonio Travelled with family October 2017 Muy atentos en el restaurante.mi hijo es celiaco y tenian de todo para él.Me ha gustado mucho la estancia. Deberian de hacerle algunos arreglillos.Tiene falta de mantenimiento.Losas de suelo que se mueven,algunas piscinas con gresite roto.... 6 ccarrizalez Travelled with family October 2017 Las piscinas y el equipo de animación La habitación tenía averías en varios lugares. El una chica del Bar París fue bastante antipatica, casi grosera al atendernos en varias ocasiones. 10 Martin Travelled with couple October 2017 Es la cuarta vez que visitamos este hotel. Todo muy bien y excelente el trato con el personal. Lo que menos nos gusta es la animación musical de las noches, música sólo apta para personas "mayores" (pasodobles y mas pasodobles), nada que ver con lo que se escucha en los hoteles de los alrededores. 5.7 Francisco Javier October 2017 Las instalaciones del jardín Los colchones dejaban mucho que desear. El personal de limpieza, no eran muy simpáticas precisamente. No así el personal de recepción. Las comidas muy repetitivas y con poca calidad y variedad solo que yo voy a poner volverías a reservar un viaje en busco chollo 8 Ángel Manuel May 2017 A la salida del hotel nos dejaron una habitación de cortesía para ducharnos y cambiarnos. La comida regular, aunque es muy variada.
