Nos ha gustado el hotel en todos sus aspectos. Es un lugar donde muchos huéspedes encuentran en sus piscinas i en el resto de las instalaciones un lugar para sus vacaciones. Nosotros decidimos que era un momento para conocer Lanzarote al completo. Así que tuvimos un hotel impresionante (muy grande) y muy cuidado.
Todo era correcto. El servicio en el restaurante, correcto, sin masificación.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, although there was too much repetition. The pool and entertainment (for those who used it) were very good.

After the first night they had to change my room when I complained because it was infested with bedbugs. I found them in bed. I woke up completely covered in bug bites, with an unbearable itch. When I complained to reception, they told me it was normal!!!!!! because tourists bring them in their luggage and they changed my room, without any apology, having to make the room change myself. I expressed my fear about the diseases that these insects transmit and they told me that if I felt bad, I should go to a medical center!!! I have photographs of how my body looked. I understand that it can happen, but it seems unacceptable to me that a hotel of this range serves its customers in this way in the face of a fact like the one I have indicated. I have traveled a lot and have stayed in many hotels, even in third world countries, and I have never encountered a situation like the one I experienced in this hotel in Lanzarote.
Tras la primera noche me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación al quejarme porque estaba infestada de chinches. Los encontré en la cama. Amanecí completamente llena de picadas por los bichos, con un picor insoportable. Al quejarme en recepción, me dijeron que era normal !!!!!! debido a que los turistas las traen en los equipajes y que me cambiaban de habitación, sin ninguna disculpa, teniendo que hacerme yo misma el cambio de habitación. Les manifesté mi temor por las enfermedades que transmiten estos insectos y me dijeron que si me encontraba mal, me fuera a centro médico !!!
Dispongo de fotografías de como me quedó el cuerpo.
Entiendo que pueda ocurrir, pero me parece impresentable que un hotel de esta categoría atienda a sus clientes de esa manera ante un hecho como el que he indicado.
He viajado mucho y he estado en muchos hoteles, incluso en países del tercer mundo y nunca me había encontrado con una situación como la que he vivido en este hotel de Lanzarote.
