Bus service to Sierre Nevada, breakfast okey, and the price.
Needs refurbishment, heating not working at all times. Kids can be a bit noisy. All together is was not bad specially for the price!!

- Staff was very friendly and helpful, in spite of poor English.
- Rooms were clean (although very underinvested, but that's what I expected for the price, so no disappointment here)
- Food was great (especially dinner, breakfest was ok, but there was no single vegetable for beakfast).
- Very bad English knowledge in the reception and restaurant.
- terrible soundproofing od rooms (i felt like sleeping in the hallway)
- extremely hot in the room with no way to set a lower temperature other than opening the window.
- no sauna, no ski room (although they allow keeping ski equipment in the room), nothing to do in the evening
- wifi so slow that they really should not claim that they provide it - it's totally unusable.

The price, breakfast and dinner was ok for us. Location. View from the room was nice. Staff was kind and helpful.
Sometimes no hot water. Long wait for coffee in the morning (only 1 machine and lots of people) Radiators not always working. Rooms can be smelly sometimes ( smells coming from the bathroom tubes)
All together it wasn’t a bad Hotel. Make sure you take an extra small electric heater with you ( just in case!)

Staff very helpfull and available. Food was also great. Price quality very good.
The hotel needs some repairs/refurbishment in some places, but for the price paid, can't really complaint.

Reading some of the previous comments we were unsure what to expect, but everything about the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. The choice, quantity and quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was very good. The hotel was warm, with plenty of hot water for baths or showers. We were impressed by the honesty of the cleaning staff, having dropped money on the floor, it was left on the table by the cleaner. The location was good, only a short drive to the slopes. Looking at the price quality factor, it offers fantastic value for money.
The games area was located in the bar which made it quite noisy at times. Otherwise no negative comments.

The catering guys were great.
Los chicos del catering fueron majísimos.
The power went out and we had to have dinner without lights but with candles that the catering guys gave us. For one night we were without heating due to the power outage, we made a claim but as it was an unrelated cause, there was no solution even though the customer was the one affected.
Se nos fue la luz y tuvimos que cenar sin luz pero con velas que nos dieron los chicos del catering. Durante una noche estuvimos sin calefacción por el corte de luz, hicimos una reclamación pero como era una causa ajena no ha habido solución aún siendo el cliente el afectado.

Good quality/price ratio, for being Sierra Nevada. Simple but functional rooms. No frills. Very basic meals, but come on, for the price it is what is expected. There are dishes that can be eaten well, although some... quite bad.
Buena relación calidad/precio, para ser Sierra Nevada. Habitaciones simples pero funcionales. Sin lujos. Comidas muy básicas, pero vamos, por el precio es lo que se espera. Hay platos que se pueden comer bien, aunque algunos... bastante malos.

Buenos días, Mi queja viene por la mala organización que se dio en los remontes en el día de ayer en la subida a pistas. Había bifurcaciones por todos lados. Tardamos 3 horas en subir y cuando se llegó arriba era imposible esquiar. Mala visibilidad, mala organización y todas las pistas cerradas. Si no se puede abrir, no abráis... Pero claro! Si abrís no se devuelve el dinero del forfait. Lo de ayer fue un caos. Me pareció vergonzoso. La verdad que me llevo muy mal sabor de boca. Sabemos que de la climatología vosotros no tenéis la culpa pero de la mala organización si. A penas pudimos esquiar una hora, me parece lamentable! Deberíais devolver parte del forfait por lo menos. Porque pagar ese dineral por una hora es una vergüenza. Un saludo
