The RIU Palace Riviera Maya stands out for its comfort, excellent food, and service. Guests appreciate the beach and pool facilities, as well as the amenities and shows. Some mention the lack of entertainment and seasoning in the food. Despite this, the staff is friendly and attentive. Ideal for those seeking relaxation and entertainment.

Riu Yucatan - All-Inclusive: a large, lively beachfront resort. Highlights: very friendly, helpful staff, cleanliness, good pools and entertainment. To improve: rooms somewhat dated and lacking maintenance; some find the buffets repetitive or understocked, slow replenishment, towels with odour and a cumbersome check‑in. Ideal for those seeking a good atmosphere and service; less so if you prioritise new facilities or gourmet dining.
