This apartment hotel is located in the tourist town of Playa Paraíso, 250 meters from the sea. In the surroundings of the hotel there are several shopping centers and leisure and entertainment. The center of Playa de las Américas is at a distance of 14 kilometres (between daily there is a free hotel bus service, as well as public transport service). About 800 meters from the complex you can find a public transport stop. The shuttle service between the airport and the south of Tenerife takes about forty minutes. This apartment complex, built in 1993, has 18 floors and a total of 244 apartments. It has an entrance hall with several lifts, a living room, a reception area, a shop, a bar and a restaurant with a large terrace. Furthermore, it offers room service. On the outside of the enclosure you will find a playground for the little ones to play. The apartments and studios have a living room-bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, direct dial telephone, television, hire safe and balcony.. The apartments also have a separate bedroom.
