Overall everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and professional. Very clean and a pleasant stay. Few people and no crowds. In general, a hotel to relax and enjoy perfectly.

The rooms and the hotel itself — I think the facilities have been very good, and I would highlight their buffet.

Great hotel, starting with the very peaceful location close to the harbour and beach, plus the pool and the services on offer, a wide variety and good food at the buffet, and finishing with exceptionally attentive and friendly service.

I would improve the variety of food; the salad and cold cuts section was the same every time — morning, midday and evening — so only about ten dishes were left to vary. For my taste, I would add more options.

The hotel is very nice and very peaceful. The staff are good. Car Park is easy. The room is very large. For the first two days the room we were given looked onto the laundry and was very noisy, but they moved us to a room overlooking the pool and it was great.

The hotel is very good; the food is high quality and quite varied. The staff are very attentive. I really liked the hotel.

I was very disappointed with the beaches; they are poor quality and, in some cases, quite dirty. As soon as you go more than 2 km inland from the hotel, the overgrown vegetation is so extensive that the visual impression is awful, bordering on total degradation. I will not return to this area — not because of the hotel (which I regret), but because I wanted to enjoy the scenery and the beaches, and none of that was possible. I limited myself to spending the holiday at the hotel and making the most of the lovely pool.
Não gostei nada das praias não têm qualidade e estão em alguns casos bastante sujas. Assim que se saí de um perímetro de 2 km do Hotel para o interior a selva de estufado e tão grande que torna o aspeto visual horrível a rossar a degradação plena. Não volto para esta zona não pelo hotel e tenho pena por isso mas sim porque queria desfrutar das paisagem e praias e nada disso foi possível. Limitei- me a passar as férias no hotel e a usufruir da bela piscina.

Excellent hotel for peace and quiet, with outstanding service, a high-quality buffet and impeccable attention to detail. Everything was great — it’s ideal for a relaxed holiday; that’s the atmosphere and experience at this hotel. The rooms are wonderful, the heated pool is lovely, and the all-inclusive is very good.

Maybe... only because the fine sandy beach is over 1 km away, but the good thing is there’s a golf-cart transfer for around 10 passengers that takes you from the hotel to the 4-star hotel of the same group, where you can also enjoy a pool, Water Slides and all-inclusive. That hotel has direct pool access to the beach, so you don’t have to walk so much in the sun. The transfer schedule could be extended, as the outbound is only from 10:00 to 11:00 and the return only from 13:30 to 14:30 — I think that’s the main thing to improve. Add a couple more transfer times so guests can enjoy another pool and the beach in the afternoon, for example.
A lo mejor...solo porque la playa de arena fina está sobre 1km de distancia,pero lo bueno que hay un trasfer carrito de golf para unos 10 pasajeros que te lleva desde hotel al hotel de 4 estrellas de misma cadena,que puedes disfrutar de piscina,toboganes y todo incluido también ahí,este hotel tiene salida desde piscina directo a la playa y así no hay que caminar tanto en pleno sol,se podría ampliar horarios de Transfer ya que la ida solo es de 10 a 11 de la mañana y vuelta solo de 13:30 a 14:30,creo que es único para mejorar....un par de horarios más para poder disfrutar de otra piscina y la playa por la tarde por ejemplo
