It's a fantastic hotel, the rooms are large and comfortable with quality finishes. The food is tasty and varied. You can feel the tranquillity. It's very close to the port with plenty of restaurants and shops. We felt very comfortable there.

The best part of my stay was the spectacular room and the good cleanliness.

The buffet could be improved — very poor for a 5-star hotel. Little food at dinner; breakfast was generally fine. I have eaten better in 4-star hotels.

They gave us a room that wasn’t suitable for my muscular atrophy and I forgot to mention it in the booking, but they very kindly changed our room.
In the dining room
I asked the staff if they could reserve a table near the food service and they did that too.
Very pleasant experience overall

The hotel room is very well equipped, clean and with all the comforts, and the food was very good.

The location is fine but it depends on the purpose of your holiday. If you want to visit Cabo de Gata and the surrounding area it's an hour and fifteen minutes away, so rather far — that was our plan. If you want to relax, enjoy the hotel and nearby area and do little driving, it's fine.

The room is spectacular. The pool is amazing, with a pleasant temperature and salt water. The staff are the best thing about the hotel, always smiling and attentive to make sure nothing was missing.
La habitación es espectacular. La piscina es una pasada, temperatura agradable y de agua salada. El personal es lo mejor del hotel, siempre con una sonrisa y atentos a que no faltara de nada.
The first impression was very unpleasant. The guy with glasses at reception was the only member of staff who made us start the experience on a negative note. When we arrived at around 12:00h, he told us that until lunch time (13:30) we were not entitled to anything. If we wanted to have something to drink, we would have to pay for it at the bar. For a 5-star hotel I find it shameful that they don’t even have the courtesy of offering something to drink while we wait. No welcome bottle or glass like they do at other hotels with fewer stars. It’s the first hotel in my life (paying all-inclusive) that didn’t put the wristband on me on arrival. One thing is the room, which understandably has check-in hours, but when you’re paying all-inclusive, what difference does it make if I start “using” it 1½ hours earlier? What I’m not allowed to have before I’ll just consume later x3 if I want… it’s illogical.
Nevertheless, we accepted the conditions.
I gave him my phone number so he could call me if the room was available before 15:00h as he had told me. That man with glasses left and another very nice colleague came in; my mother went to ask and the room was already ready and the other colleague hadn’t called or notified us. Such an unprofessional way to treat guests.
La primera impresión, muy desagradable. El chico con gafas de recepción fue el único empleado que nos hizo empezar la experiencia de forma negativa. Al llegar sobre las 12:00 , nos indica que hasta la hora de la comida (13:30), no tenemos derecho a nada. Que si queremos tomar algo, tenemos que pagarlo en el bar. Siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas me parece lamentable que no tengan ni el detalle de ofrecer algo para tomar mientras esperamos. Ni botella ni copa de bienvenida como en otros hoteles con menos estrellas sí que hacen. Es el primer hotel en mi vida (pagando todo incluido) que no me ponen la pulsera al llegar. Una cosa es la habitación, que se entiende que tenga sus horarios de entrada, pero pagando un todo incluido que más da si lo empiezo a “usar” 1h y media antes? Lo que no me dejas tomar antes lo voy a consumir luego x3 si quiero … es ilógico.
No obstante, aceptamos las condiciones.
Le dejo mi teléfono para que me llame si la habitación está disponible antes de las 15:00 como me había dicho. Dicho hombre con gafas se fue y entró otra compañera majisima, fue mi madre a preguntar y ya estaba la habitación preparada y el otro compañero no nos había llamado ni avisado. Vaya trato poco profesional.

The hotel is five-star. The rooms are very large, with a spacious terrace. The pool is excellent. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The food is tasty and well cooked.
There is a small gym with a treadmill, exercise bikes and an elliptical bike. There are also some weights.
