The cleaning, not why they don't clean, but I don't think it's due to lack of time and staff. And the menu could be more varied and abundant. Since what else is there is salad.
La limpieza , no por qué no limpien , si no creo que por falta de tiempo y personal .
Y el menú podría ser más variado y abundante .

Cleaning not thoroughly, old bathtub a bit pitted, room not very big.

Lack of cleanliness in the bathroom no hand soap forgot to put towel the bathroom door does not close but rather a three star hotel.

The staff is great. They are all very friendly and the treatment has been wonderful.
El personal es estupendo. Son todos muy amables y el trato ha sido maravilloso
Cleanliness... leaves much to be desired. Also the facilities. They are very outdated and the hotel would need updating: bathrooms, furniture and paint (rust on the balconies, chipped and scratched furniture, small and old shower faucets...) It does not look like a 4 star hotel.
La limpieza... deja mucho que desear. También las instalaciones. Están muy anticuadas y el hotel necesitaría una actualización: baños, mobiliario y pintura (óxido en los balcones, muebles desconchados y arañados, grifos de ducha pequeños y viejos...) No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas.

All the hotel staff has been very pleasant, friendly and efficient.

The hotel needs investment in maintenance, you can see that it is very aged by the use both inside and outside; the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired.
El hotel necesita inversión en mantenimiento, se nota que está muy envejecido por el uso tanto por dentro como por fuera; la limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear.

I loved the staff, the room with sea view was good but had deficiencies in the bathroom. The pool and chill out area was excellent

The hotel is very good, the area is very quiet. The best thing is the proximity to the beach, it's great. The food is good, hotel food, but never and varied, the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and the bar are very good, especially to end the day.
El hotel está muy bien, la zona muy tranquila.. Lo mejor la cercanía a la playa, es genial. La comida bien, comida de hotel, pero nunca y variada.El personal amable y servicial. La piscina y el bar están muy bien, sobre todo para terminar el dia
The shower is a bit uncomfortable as it is a bathtub and the faucet is in the middle, if you are not careful all the water comes out.
Falta una neverita en la habitación para poder tener un poco de agua fresca.Y la ducha un poco incómoda al ser bañera y estar el grifo enedio, si no tienes cuidado se sale todo el agua.
