We had been going to the hotel for 30 years and the truth is that we were delighted, because of its proximity to Vielha, the comfort of the rooms (they need a little restyling, but they are not bad at all, the hotel service was very respectful and friendly and what to talk about about the restaurant : great. The breakfast was very complete, the dinner was the same, the staff was fantastic...and the best thing is the ventilation (for me it is important to go out and not smell like food). The pool is also very comfortable, with spectacular views of the garden. that they have and the perfect water temperature. Quality/prices: completely acceptable. 100% recommended.
Hacía 30 años que íbamos a hotel y la verdad que quedamos encantados , por su cercanía a Vielha, comodidad de las habitaciones ( necesitan un poco de restyling, pero no están nada mal , el servicio del hotel muy respetuoso y amable y que hablar del restaurante : estupendo . El desayuno completisimos, la cena lo mismo , el personal fantástico...y lo mejor es la ventilación (para mi es importante salir y que no huelas a comida ) . La piscina también muy cómoda, con unas vistas espectaculares al jardín que tienen y la temperatura del agua perfecta.
Calidad / precios : completamente acceptable.
Recomendable 100% .
It's not that I didn't like it, the furniture in the rooms was a little old, some were peeling and the bathrooms were also a bit dated, but acceptable.
No es que no me haya gustado, los mueble de las habitaciones un poco antiguas , alguno se estaba pelando y los baños también algo pretéritos , pero aceptables.

Everything was very clean, the buffet was very good and the staff throughout the hotel was excellent, making for a pleasant and familiar stay.

Friendliness of the staff. Pretty good breakfast and dinner buffet, it surprised us. Games room with table football and 2 billiards. Large closet, large bathroom, comfortable mattresses. Perfect heating. Ski locker with chain (not locker). Close to the center of Vielha, you can walk to the town. Nearby equipment rental stores
Amabilidad del personal. Desayuno y cena buffet bastante bueno, nos sorprendió.
Salón de juegos con futbolín y 2 billares.
Armario grande, baño amplio, colchones cómodos. Calefacción perfecta. Guardaesquis con cadena ( no taquilla). Cerca del centro de Vielha, se puede ir andando al pueblo. Tiendas de alquiler de material cercanas

The price is economical. The situation is very good, in Betren, which is not geographically distinguished from Vielha. Good free outdoor car park. The staff is very efficient and at least very friendly to us. The rooms (ours was small, they are sufficient, even spacious, with 2 double beds (135cms) space between them separated by a nightstand, space towards the built-in wardrobe and towards the window. We would return, although possibly without half pension.
El precio es económico. La situación es muy buena, en Betren, que no se distingue geograficamente de Vielha. Buen parking exterior gratuito. El personal es muy eficiente y por lo menos con nosotros muy amables. Las habitaciones (la nuestra era de las pequeñas, son suficientes, incluso amplias, con 2 camas de matrimonio (135cms) espacio entre ellas separado por una mesita de noche, espacio hacia el armario empotrado y hacia la ventana. Nosotros volveríamos, aunque posiblemente sin media pensión.
The hotel is very "worn" and it is not so much about doing a comprehensive renovation, but rather aesthetic issues. Change of carpet or other flooring in main areas and rooms, paint, etc... which would be a facelift. We took half board, the breakfast is normal, they soon lack products that change for others (come on, if you come down later than 8:00 or 8:30 hours, you no longer have the same fruit, churros or bread as those who go early Dinner is not good, the food, with exceptions, is quite weak, with little taste and like breakfast, dishes and desserts are immediately missing.
El hotel está muy "gastado" y no se trata tanto de hacer una reforma integral, mas bien son temas estéticos. Cambio de moqueta u otro suelo en las zonas comunes y en las habitaciones, pintura, etc...lo que sería un lavado de cara. Cogimos media pensión, el desayuno es normal, faltan pronto productos que cambian por otros (vamos, que si bajas mas tarde de las 8:00 u 8:30 horas, ya no tienes la misma fruta, churros o pan que los que van temprano. La cena no es buena, la comida, excepto excepciones, es bastante flojita, con poco gusto y como en el desayuno, enseguida faltan platos y postres.

The location is by far the best thing about the hotel, as long as your destination is to go to the ski resorts.
La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel con mucha diferencia, siempre que tu destino sea dirigirte a las estaciones de esquí.
Outdated, old and ugly decoration (even for a "ski" hotel). Very fair sized rooms, uncomfortable mattress and worst of all... You can hear absolutely everything! From pulling the neighbor's curtain, the alarm, people walking through the hallways. I don't know who would give it 4 stars, but it has lost 2 along the way.
Decoración desfasada, vieja y fea (hasta para un hotel de "esquí"). Habitaciones de tamaño muy justo, colchón incómodo y lo peor de todo... ¡Se escucha absolutamente todo! Desde correr la cortina del vecino, la alarma, la gente andando por los pasillos. No sé quién le daría las 4 estrellas, pero ha perdido 2 por el camino.
