Buffet breakfasts and buffet dinners are great, you have plenty of choice and they keep it full the whole time so nothing runs out while you are eating. They also try to vary what they offer from one they to another.
The staff is excellent, so attentive and polite, from the receptionists to everyone working at the restaurant, waiters, chefs... They really make it a pleasant stay!

The buffet was very good, with a wide variety of food and high quality. The hotel's location at the Betren exit was good.
El buffet muy bien, variedad en la comida y calidad. Localizacion del hotel en la salida de betren buena.
The rooms were very cramped. One double room had a 135cm bed and there was almost no space to walk around on either side. The heating was on full blast; you couldn't turn down the thermostat. We mentioned it at reception, but they didn't fix the problem.
Las habitaciones muy justas de espacio. Una habitacion doble con una cama de 135 y casi no existe espacio en los laterales para pasar. La calefacción estaba a tope, no podías bajar el termostato, se comentó en recepción y no arreglaron la situación.
