Good location, pleasant staff, OK rooms and average food. Overall reasonable value.
Air conditioning in room insufficient and even when on constantly on lowest the room was unbearably hot.
Food labels not always clear particularly in relation to potential allegens, for example on two occasions there was a rice dish on the buffet that looked just to be rice and vegetables (one hot, one a cold salad) but when I questioned the serving staff both turned out to contain fish to which I am allergic.

Good value for Ibiza. Excellent location between two beaches. Great staff. Good food. Healthy and unhealthy options, always lots of salad and vegetables which I loved as a vegetarian.
The air conditioning wasn’t brilliant.

We had a wonderful stay! Good location, clean rooms and food was different every dinner. You have 2 beaches nearby and some bars/supermarkets around too. Really like the keyless access to the rooms , no need to worry about loosing a key.
Problematic parking ; very hard to find a spot in the evening , or almost any time of the day .. additional charge for safe in the room

The hotel was very nice and quiet, we were able to enjoy and rest comfortably.
The pool area was very spacious and there were many sun loungers around, so there was no problem to enjoy it.

Lo peor es que no tiene aparcamiento propio, al estar en unza zona alejada de las masificaciones de la isla es necesario un coche para poder moverte y el aparcamiento en los alrededores del hotel es muy limitado y para poder aparcar tenías que dar muchas vueltas y esperar.
Otro detalle a resaltar es que las camas están bastante trotadas, pero aún así hemos descansado bien.
Los horarios del bar de la piscina eran un poco extraños, a mí parecer; la piscina cerraba a las 18:00 horas y el bar ubicado en ella lo hacía a las 16:00 horas, seguidamente abría uno que estaba en la zona interior y disfrutabas igualmente de sus servicios, pero a mí entender tendría más sentido alargar el tiempo del bar de la piscina.
