This apartment complex is located in front of the bay of Alcudia. One kilometer away is the center, where you will find stores, restaurants and the harbor promenade. There is a public transport stop about 300 metres away.

This complex consists of one building and has a total of 32 apartments.

Bicycle rental is also available. To top off the number of services offered, laundry and room service are also available. The apartments have a living room/bedroom (can sleep two more people), a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, satellite or cable TV (extra charge), kitchenette, air conditioning, central heating, balcony or terrace and a hire safe.
