Very friendly staff, the hotel has been renovated recently, very welcoming with an huge common area with couches, sofas, tables, a chimney, biliards and a table football. We had dinner and it was a free buffet with delicious and healthy dishes at a cheap price. I would recommend to everybody, it's just 2 km from La Molina skii-station

Warm place with nice staff willing to help. Transport to the ski slopes BUT you need to pay each day 1 euro per person. You can take your own car because the slopes are 5 min from the hotel and you can park there for free. The spa and the gym you need to pay separately - the price is acceptable. Food is good. Slopes perfect for beginners. If you are looking for a place where you can go for apres ski parties or have a night life etc. forget about La Molina - small village with 4 restaurants, 2 bars and 1 shop. If you want to eat sth just after skiing around 5p.m. it is impossible. All of those places are closed and they open again at 7/8 pm.

We ran into a school and nobody said a word. We spent the whole night hearing doors slamming. Perfect for not getting any rest after a day of skiing.

It wasn't very clean, and in the bathroom there was only one small sachet of shampoo and shower gel per person—no hand soap or anything. I missed having more of those, in addition to the cleanliness. For the price I paid, it was okay, but cleanliness is essential.

La atención y amabilidad de todo el personal te hacen sentir en casa. Dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda siempre con amabilidad. Si bien es cierto que no es un hotel moderno es muy cómodo y confortable. Agua caliente, calefacción en todos os espacios. Muy limpio y cálido. Las vistas hermosas. Parking comodo. Las comidas correctas. Sobre todo las cenas que en nuestro caso estaban muy ricas, hechas en casa. Quedamos muy satisfechos
Punto a mejorar la máquina de café ( terrible el café, la leche, todo) y la máquina zumo ( son muy artificiales y exceso de azúcar).

To say something positive, the room is large and when we arrived the heating was set to a good temperature, but some heating in the bathroom would be appreciated. The location is a bit isolated for walking to places on snowy days.
