The entrance to the house is from the pool area. Sliding doors open into the open kitchen with an island, which is very bright and well equipped. From the kitchen there is access to the open plan living/dining room which is very spacious. It has two sofa areas and a large wooden table for meals. Sliding doors lead to the terrace. The ground floor has two bedrooms with two single beds each. These bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to the pool area. Toilet and laundry with washing machine. From the living/dining room a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where there are three more bedrooms -each one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower-. These bedrooms have access to a terrace with chairs and umbrellas; perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views of the countryside and the coast in the distance. Heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed and limited hours (9 pm. to 9:00 a.m.). The pool area with views of the fruit garden is a very pleasant space; ideal for re-reading your favourite book or just enjoying the long sunny summer days. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious covered terrace with a table and a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying “al fresco” meals. The pool with Roman steps (pool measures 11m. x 4m. Depth min. 1.15m. max 1.65m.), is surrounded by a terrace with reclining loungers and a grassy area
