The building is classed as a national monument and Napoleon Bonaparte once stayed at the property in 1796. The air-conditioned apartment has a dining area, 2 flat-screen TVs and 2 kitchen areas. Following extension work there are now as well as 4 private bathrooms and 4 separate toilets. It also has 7 bedrooms of which 5 are located in mezzanine area with low ceiling, they are 1 bed in total . Free WiFi is featured. Cours Saleya Flower Market is 100 metres from CondoNice, while Nice Opéra is 100 metres from the property. Côte d'Azur Airport is 6 km away.
Please note that the ceiling height for the bedrooms on the mezzanine level is 170 cm and 180 cm.
