Elegant country house 'Finca Art 9' with sea and mountain views, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, terrace and garden; car park available, pets allowed - Can be reserved for different events such as baby showers, birthdays or weddings. As well as team building activities. The 500 m² 'Finca Art 9' welcomes you in Ses Salines/Santanyi, in the south of Mallorca. From here you can enjoy an impressive view of the island of Cabrera. The stylishly furnished country house with sea and mountain views consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 6 bathrooms and can accommodate 12 people. Additional services include Wi-Fi, washing machine and Smart-TV. There is a high chair and a cot available on request and for a price of 5 euros per night. The highlight of the finca is the large outdoor area. Two swimming pools await you here: a large outdoor one for swimming and a whirlpool for relaxing. On the open and covered terrace you can spend hours with total peace of mind. Here you will find sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a large dining table. Several restaurants, bars and cafeterias can be reached in an 11-minute drive (6 km) in the center of Ses Salines, and three supermarkets in a 10-minute drive (7 km) in the town of Santanyí. In the town of Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find several sandy beaches (about 18 minutes by car, 12 km). Palma airport can be reached in 42 minutes by car (47 km) and El Arenal in 36 minutes by car (39 km). Car Park is available on the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
