This was our third year returning to the Torreblanca, but to be honest, given the change in management, I was expecting a little more—especially in terms of food quality and variety (it was always the same things!)—and the room cleaning was very basic; they just change the towels and make the bed.

We've traveled to this hotel for the fifth time with our two daughters. The best thing about this hotel is its staff; they have an incredible team, from the entertainment staff (a 10 out of 10) to all the reception, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining staff—they're all top-notch. The hotel itself has simple rooms, but the good thing is that they offer separate bedrooms, something highly valued when travelling as a family, allowing for different spaces. The hotel staff is very attentive. The pool area is clean and well-maintained, as are the facilities. The room is comfortable and needs updating, but for the price, it's fine. The food is very good and has improved significantly compared to previous years.
Hemos viajado a este hotel por 5 vez con nuestras dos niñas decir de este hotel que lo mejor es su equipo cuentan con un personal increíble desde el equipo de animadores que son de 10 hasta todo el personal de recepción mantenimiento habitaciones y comedores son todos de 10 la auténtica joya de este hotel.
El hotel en si las habitaciones son sencillas lo bueno que tienen que cuenta con habitación separada cosas muy valorado cuando viajamos familias para poder tener distintos ambientes.
El hotel está muy bien atendido por todo su personal.
La zona de piscina limpia y cuidada así como las instalaciones la habitación cómoda necesita modernizar pro por el precio está bien.
La comida muy buena ha mejorado mucho con respecto a años anteriores
On the downside, the opening hours are very geared towards a German customerele, which is a shame because there were many Spanish guests this year and in previous years. The bathrooms in the rooms need renovation, and the pool is far too small for a hotel geared towards families. They should consider adding another pool or refilling the existing one, as it's only used in the shallow end, leaving the deep end empty. A good solution would be to add more shallow areas to avoid this. The entertainment area and mini-disco need air conditioning; the children can't even dance because of the heat, and the entertainment team has had to cancel shows several times due to the high temperatures in that area.
Como punto malo diría el tema horarios muy orientado a público alemán una pena pq había muchos españoles este año y en años anteriores.
Los baños de las habitaciones necesitan renovar y la piscina se queda muy pequeña siendo un hotel orientado a familias deberían valorar poner otra piscina o rellenar la que tienen ya que está solo se utiliza donde no cubre y la zona que cubre se queda vacía una buena solución sería poner más zonas donde se haga pie para que esto no pase.
La zona de animación y minidisco necesita aire acondicionado los niños no pueden ni bailar del calor y el equipo de animación en varias ocasiones se han visto obligados a suspender el show por las altas temperaturas en esa zona

I imagine being surrounded by foreigners all day helps when someone addresses them in Catalan or Spanish. We have special memories of Diana in the dining room, who always stopped to ask about our stay. Juani at reception was also very attentive, helping us with whatever she could and even changing our first room, which smelled strongly of damp. As for the entertainers, we've been to several hotels in Majorca, and this one was the best. Although my daughters aren't much for these activities, you can tell they love children and create a good atmosphere for both children and adults. Zaida always came over to ask us questions and she radiates energy, always with a smile. By the way, she dances so well! Don't miss the Saturday night show if you can; she looks like a professional dancer. Food: always considering that it's a 3-star hotel and the price (lower than hotels in the area), there's not much to complain about.The food is more or less varied, constantly replenished, with theme nights, show cooking shows featuring meat, fish, omelets, crepes, and more. One negative point is the opening hours in Majorca, which are more suited to foreign tourists, and the dining room is very cold (something subjective, but the contrast of going from 35 degrees to 24 is quite noticeable). It's clean, and the waiters are constantly clearing plates and organizing food trays. The all-inclusive package is good for the price. We didn't try much, but they have tubs of ice cream, slushies, juices, and soft drinks for kids. Perhaps there could be more snacks (they only serve leftovers from lunch and dinner for a few hours in the afternoon/evening). Be careful, don't drink the water because it's tap water, and in Majorca, it's generally somewhat indigestible if you're not used to it. You have to carry plastic cups around all day, all to avoid creating waste, but it's a bit tiresome.
Por lo que respecta al personal, muy majos, siempre te saludaban con buena cara y eran cercanos. Imagino que estar todo el dia rodeados de extranjeros ayuda cuando alguien se le dirige en catalan o castellano. Tenemos especial recuerdo de Diana en el comedor que siempre se paraba a interesarse por nuestra estancia. Juani en recepción también muy atenta, nos ayudó en lo que pudo y nos cambió la primera habitación que olía muy fuerte a humedad. En cuanto a los animadores, hemos estado en varios hoteles de Mallorca y este ha sido el mejor; aunque mis hijas no son mucho de hacer estas actividades, se les nota que les gustan los niños y crean un buen ambiente tanto en pequeños como en adultos. Zaida siempre se acercaba a preguntarnos y es una chica que desprende energía siempre con una sonrisa, por cierto, como baila! no os perdais, si podeis, el show de la noche del sabado, parece bailarina profesional.
Comida: teniendo siempre en cuenta que es un hotel 3 estrellas y en relación al precio (inferior a los hoteles de la zona) no se puede poner mucha objeción. La comida mas o menos variada, continuamente reponiendo, noches temáticas, showcooking de carne, pescado, tortillas, crepes... Por poner algo en contra, los horarios en Mallorca que son más adaptados a los turistas extranjeros y que en el comedor hace mucho frío (algo subjetivo, pero el contraste de pasar de 35 grados a 24 pues se nota bastante). Está limpio y los camareros estan constantemente recogiendo platos y ordenando las bandejas de comida.
El todo incluído, bien en relación al precio, tampoco probamos mucho surtido pero para niños tienen helados de tarrina, granizado, zumos, refrescos.. Quizas podría haber algun snack mas (que solo ponen algun excedente del almuerzo y la cena unas horas por la tarde/noche). Ojo, no bebais agua porque es de grifo y en Mallorca en general es algo indigesta si no estas habituado. Tienes que ir con los vasos de plastico todo el dia arriba y abajo, todo sea por no crear residuos, pero es un poco pesado.
The facilities are a bit outdated, I'd say a few decades ago, when my grandparents were just starting out as tourists and there were no hotels in Majorca yet. According to what we're told, they're slowly renovating. Half of the apartment was partially renovated (kitchen, furniture, and air conditioning), but the bathroom dates back to at least the 1970s, and you can tell it was well-made back then because the bidet, those pale tiles, and the shower curtains are still there. Joking aside, it's not what you're looking for in a stay away from home. That said, the furniture is updated, the bed is very comfortable, and we rested well. As for the room cleaning, it's done 5 out of 7 days, and you can tell they're working hard. They must be short on staff because we only saw one cleaning lady in our area. The terrace was a bit disgusting, to be honest; it had pigeon droppings and dust everywhere, and it was obvious it hadn't been swept in a while.It certainly wasn't a place to go out and soak up the fresh air at night. As for the facilities in general, the pool is old and small. I imagine it was technologically advanced in its day, but now it's tiny and outdated in relation to the number of guests (in the photos, it looks much larger than it is). The edge is rough, like the floor used to be on rustic properties, and there's black mold growing on the top of the drain. When you swim, it makes you think the pool water is getting wet in that area and returning to the pool. I don't think it's maintained well, because that can't be for days. There's only one working shower, and it doesn't even have a drain; the water runs into a sloping area where there are sun loungers. Anyone who's there already knows they'll have water on their feet all day.Another issue is the pool area floor: it's concrete that's been repainted, not even the current stamped concrete (it now has a green car park lot paint of questionable taste), and its roughness and feel make it somewhat unpleasant to walk barefoot on, although I've seen them use a Karcher pressure washer every day. We were assigned a room at one end of the complex, which overlooks private homes. The area feels abandoned: filth, pigeon droppings on the stairs that aren't cleaned, half-dead, dry plants, that rough floor that doesn't encourage children to run around, and generally uninviting to walk around. It's a hotel that, if it's not renovated, won't be worth returning to. The proof is that we usually spend a day relaxing at the hotel without going out, but this time we didn't. I don't understand these 5-star reviews. For me, it doesn't get a 1-star rating, because it's compensated by the staff's kind of friendliness, the location, which is more or less decent (15 minutes from the beach), and the food for the price. It's a shame, but a major renovation is urgently needed.
Las instalaciones se han quedado atrás, unas décadas atrás diría, cuando mis abuelos empezaban a hacer turismo y en Mallorca aún no había hoteles. Según nos comentan, estan reformando poco a poco. Medio apartamento estaba medio reformado (cocina, mobiliario y climatización) pero el baño es de los años 70 mínimo, y se nota que se fabricaba bien antes porque ahí está aguantando el bidet, esa baldosa pálida y las cortinas de baño. Bromas a parte, no es lo que buscas en una estancia fuera de casa. Eso si, el mobiliario está renovado, la cama es muy cómoda y hemos descansado bien. Por lo que respecta a la limpieza de la habitación, pasan 5 de los 7 días y se nota que van a destajo a lo gordo, deben ir justos de personal porque solo vimos una chica de limpieza en nuestra zona. La terraza daba un poco de asco, la verdad, tenia excrementos de paloma y polvo por todas partes y se notaba que no se barría desde hacía tiempo. No era un lugar para salir a tomar el fresco por la noche, desde luego.
En cuanto a las instalaciones en general, la piscina es antigua y pequeña, imagino que en su epoca era un adelanto en tecnología pero ahora es minúscula y antigua en relación al número de huéspedes (en las fotos se ve mucho mas grande de lo que es). El borde es rugoso de un suelo como se hacía antes en las fincas rústicas, y tiene moho negro en la parte alta del sumidero que cuando te bañas te hace pensar que el agua de la piscina se va mojando en esa zona y volviendo a la piscina. Creo que no tiene mucho mantenimiento porque eso no puede ser de dias. Solo hay una ducha que funcione y ni siquiera tiene desagüe, el agua se va a parar a una zona con desnivel donde hay hamacas; el pobre que esté ahí ya sabe que tendra agua en los pies todo el dia. Otra cosa es el suelo de la zona piscina: es un hormigon que se ha ido repintando, no es ni hormigon impreso de los actuales (ahora tiene una pintura verde parking de dudoso gusto) y su rugosidad y tacto hace algo desagradable el pisar descalzo, aunque he visto que cada dia pasan la karcher a presion.
A nosotros nos tocó la habitación en un extremo del compejo, que da a casas particulares. La zona está como abandonada: suciedad, nuevamente excremenos de paloma en las escaleras que no se limpian, plantas secas medio muertas, el suelo ese rugoso que no invita a que los niños corran y en general poco apetecible andar por ahí.
Es un hotel que, si no se reforma, es para no repetir. La prueba es que normalmente un dia lo pasamos de relax en el hotel sin salir y esta vez no lo hemos hecho.. No entiendo estas reseñas de 5 estrellas. Para mi, no tiene 1 estrella porque queda compensado por el trato del personal, la zona que mas o menos está bien (a 15min de la playa) y la comida en relación al precio. Es una pena pero es urgente una buena renovación
