The hotel is very clean and well maintained and the pool area is fantastic for children
The toilet/shower in the room is awful. No kettle in room. The chairs outside are very uncomfortable and no table means you cannot enjoy the outdoor space. Plastic covers on beds are very annoying. I tried to order food from the poolside bar at 7.50 and the lady refused to accept my order saying food is finished at 8pm, I had no go to a local restaurant for takeout and then was told we were not allowed to eat it at the tables! The man who supervises the pool area is extremely rude and shouted at my kids for eating a croissant on a chair beside the pool

El recinto muy bonito y el personal muy bien, pero tubimos que hacer mas de 1 hora de chek-in y la picina cerraba a las 5 de la tarde cuando se esta muy bien para tomar el sol, por lo demas todo bien
Pondria mas personal ya que aunque sea en abril, siendo semana santa que hay mas afluencia tendria que haber mas personal en general

Cena de nochevieja de 10 y mas. Felicitamos de todo corazon a los camareros y la animacion. Si repiten el año que viene volveremos. El spa pequeñito pero precioso. Las habitaciones super espaciosas. Y creemos que en verano debe ser aun mas divertido con sus grandes piscinas. La comida muy buena.
Lo unico malo que le diriamos al hotel son dos cositas: que reparen la entrada y no la dejen con tierra y que mejore la limieza de platos y cubiertos del bufette. Ya que nos encontremos muchos platos y cubiertos sucios. Y que procuren tener la comida mas calentita que en invierno se agradece.

A fantastic hotel for children. It's like being at a campsite. The kids can play in a huge garden area, and there's a great pool with Water Slides and villa-style accommodations. Really cool.

The hotel has beautiful facilities with pools and Water Slides, entertainment, and music. Ideal for children. The buffet food is quite good, and the fact that soft drinks and water are included is a real plus.
El hotel cuenta con bonitas instalaciones con piscinas y toboganes y animación y música. Ideal para los niños. La comida tipo buffet bastante bien y el hecho que entren las bebidas tipo refresco y agua es algo muy positivo.
The rooms are nice, but the fact that the shower and bathroom are in the same room reduces privacy and is annoying if you're sleeping. There's no balcony or anything to hang swimsuits and towels, which makes it quite uncomfortable. If it rains, the hotel has no designated shelters other than the rooms. The issue of checking out at 11 a.m. and returning in the afternoon shortens the stay. This is a common issue with most hotels. In the end, we'll end up spending just enough time to sleep.
Las habitaciones son bonitas pero el hecho que la ducha y el baño estĂ©n en la misma habitaciĂłn resta intimidad y es molesto si están durmiendo. No hay balcĂłn ni nada para tender los bañadores y toallas y lo hace bastante incĂłmodo. Si llueve el hotel no dispone de espacios habilitados para resguardarse salvo las habitaciones. El tema del check out a las 11h de la mañana y entrar por la tarde hace que la estancia se acorte. Aunque esto ya es un tema que pasa con la mayorĂa de los hoteles. Al final acabaremos pasando las horas justas para dormir
