8.3 Paola Booked on Esquiades.com April 2025 Very good We arrived late, and the keys were left in a safe. We called beforehand and were given a code without any problems. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are quite large and have everything you need to cook. They also provide dishwasher tablets and a dish soap kit. The balcony is spacious. They are fully soundproofed. The ski lockers room is on the ground floor, with a direct door to the slopes. You walk approximately 40 metres and you're right in the center. The best value for money. I'd like to highlight that one day we were without heating or hot water, and they took care of it by giving us an extra day's stay. There is free car park nearby.

Nosotros llegamos tarde y nos dejaron las llaves en una caja fuerte, llamamos previamente y nos dijeron un código sin ningún problema. El personal muy amable y atentos. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes, tienen de todo para cocinar, dejan unas pastillas para el lavavajillas con un kit para fregar. El balcón es amplio. Están totalmente insonorizadas. En planta 0 está el guardaesquíes con puerta directa a pistas, se camina aproximadamente 40 metros y ya estas en el centro. Lo mejor la relación calidad-precio. Me gustaría destacar que hubo un día que estuvimos sin calefacción ni agua caliente y se hicieron cargo regalándonos un día mas de estancia. Hay parking en las inmediaciones gratuito.

There was no extractor fan in our room. The pillows we slept on were quite uncomfortable.

En nuestra habitación no había extractor de humos. Las almohadas para dormir son cojines bastante incómodos.
