Our room was very spacious and very clean. We had a nice outlook and could see the sea. Overall, our stay was very good. The hotel was excellent value for money.
The hot breakfast choice was not particulary good. It would have been better to have an egg station where the chef makes your freshly cooked eggs. On our arrival at the hotel around 4pm we wanted a drink and snack but there was no food available at all - only nuts. Thought they would maybe have crisps or snacks. We then had to go out to find somewhere to eat, although we did have a drink in the hotel

The only thing I didn’t like was how soft the mattress was — I’m not sure if it was worn or if it was the memory-foam equipment , but it sank a lot; you really felt sunk in. Everything else was very, very good!
Lo único que no me gustó fue la suavidad de del colchón, no sé si estaban un poco vencidos o era el material viscoelastica, se hundía mucho mucho, uno quedaba incrustado, del resto todo muy muy bien!
Improve the mattresses and, in some rooms, the air conditioning — the unit in my daughter and son-in-law’s room (121) barely cooled.
Mejorar los colchones y en algunas habitaciones el aire acondicionado que el de la habitación de mi hija y su esposo (la 121) no enfriaba casi.

Overall everything was very good. The rooms were excellent, but the air conditioning in ours was inconsistent. At night it would be set to 18°C and we couldn’t raise it any higher.
The staff were great, especially at reception — everyone was very friendly, and Isabel in particular was always smiling and very helpful. The dining staff were also very attentive. The facilities were very good and the pool excellent and very clean.
Todo muy bien en general. Las habitaciones muy bien, pero en la nuestra el aire acondicionado iba regular. Por la noche se ponía en 18° y no podíamos subirlo más.
El personal genial, sobre todo en recepción, muy amables todos y especialmente Isabel, siempre con una sonrisa y ayudándonos en todo. El personal de comedor también muy atentos. Las instalaciones muy bien y la piscina estupenda y muy limpia.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Next to Puerto Rey beach and very close to Mojácar. Food is repetitive but good. Quiet hotel.

The hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness, the staff are friendly and the location is unbeatable.

The buffet. On the days the deputy manager was there (I don’t recall his name) he made sure there was food available at all times. We mentioned this to a man who was there (I’m not sure if he was the maître) and his response was very disappointing. The food was good, but you were left without being able to eat certain items because they were not replenished.

It’s not a 4‑star hotel; it’s far below that standard.
The menu was awful with very little variety.
And within that small selection it was always the same dishes; there was no variety.
Breakfast was poor with only two types of pastries and the same items every day.
On the last day, with more than half an hour left of breakfast service there was nothing left and nothing was replenished.
I don’t recommend it — too expensive for the services provided.

A nice, family-friendly and peaceful place with spacious rooms and activities within the hotel. It has two swimming pools plus a small one for children, it is clean and, in my opinion, the buffet is very good — there is always fish and meat on the grill as well as a wide variety of other dishes.

The only downside was that three floor tiles in my room were broken, and I was worried my two-year-old daughter might cut herself since she often goes barefoot, because the edge of the flooring is as sharp as a knife.

The worst thing was the beds — they are very firm; we left with back pain. The pillows were terrible too. As for the food, there was little variety and it was repetitive, but for the price you can’t expect more. It’s a 4-star hotel but it feels more like a 3-star.

The staff were very friendly to us. We had a problem with the room and they helped us straight away. It is very close to the beach, which is what we were looking for.
The food was exquisite.
