We spent 1 week here. Everything was great. Rooms were clean, well equipped and recently renovated. Housekeeping lady (on 6th floor) did an excellent job tidying up our rooms every day. Receptionists were very helpful, caring and nice. Food was fantastic and also the pools. The animator lady is just incredibly creative and super with kids and adults, entertaining. We will definitely come back.
Very thin toilet paper and noisy room doors (not sound proof).

The hotel staff is top-notch, the restaurant service is impeccable, and the terrace has a pool and a view of the beach.

Renovated rooms starting on the 3rd floor, which if you go through an agency, they won't provide them even if you request them. The dirty carpet on the 2nd floor is... unbelievable! The food offered in the restaurant changed depending on whether it was the weekend or the rest of the week. For example the variety and quality of the food had nothing to do with the dinner on Saturday to the dinner on Sunday or Monday... or the breakfast on Sunday had nothing to do with the breakfast on Monday. The price I paid was the same, I do not understand this inattention. And the opening hours of the restaurant are very fair and are more designed for foreign people (dinner from 19h to 21h) (breakfast 8h to 10h). We didn't like the check out at 10 am either. The pool closes very early, at 18h.
La comida que se ofrecía en el restaurante cambió según si era fin de semana o el resto de la semana. Por ejemplo la variedad y calidad de la comida no tenía nada que ver la cena del sábado a la cena del domingo o lunes... o el desayuno del domingo no tenía nada que ver con el desayuno del lunes. El precio que pagué fue el mismo, no entiendo esta desatención. Y los horarios del restaurant son muy justos y están más pensados para la gente estrangera (cena de 19h a 21h) (desayuno 8h a 10h) . Tampoco nos gustó que el check out fuera a las 10 de la mañana. La piscina cierra muy pronto, a las 18h.
