It has a perfect location since it is very central. The staff that assisted us was super correct and friendly at all times. A point in favor is that the third bed in the room was a real bed since in other hotels they have a sofa bed and it is very uncomfortable.
Tiene una ubicación perfecta ya que es muy céntrico. El personal que nos atendió super correcto y amable en todo momento. Un punto a favor es que la tercera cama en la habitación fuese una cama de verdad ya que en otros hoteles ponen sofá cama y es muy incómodo.
The showers need to be renovated since my room had a bathtub and the shower faucet was defective. The soundproofing of the room should improve since the balcony with double windows is quite insulating but the bathroom door to the outside (ground floor) was a normal door so everything from the street could be heard perfectly. Since the bathroom is in the room... all the noise went through that door (there is little point in soundproofing the balcony).

oía perfectamente. Al estar el baño en la habitación ….. todo el ruido pasaba por esa puerta ( de poco sirve insonorizar el balcón ).

The situation is fantastic, almost next to the Plaza del Arenal. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was very good and in a beautiful old chapel. The rooms are quite spacious with large and comfortable beds.

The room was very small and the window it had faced a wall where you could hear all the sounds of the extractors and workers. Two tremendously uncomfortable single beds pushed together and insufficient light. The room ultimately fatal. Although the reception staff were pleasant to enter the hotel you have to press a bell. We tried to go to the room after eating and no one was at the reception or answered the bell, they kept us waiting for a while at the door, anger accentuated by the rain. The breakfast, although not bad, I expected better for a 4-star hotel.
La habitación era muy pequeña y la ventana que tenía daba a una pared en la que se podía escuchar todos los sonidos de los extractores y los trabajadores. Dos camas individuales pegadas tremendamente incómodas y luz insuficiente. La habitación en definitiva fatal. Aunque el personal de recepción era agradable para entrar en el hotel tienes que pulsar un timbre. Intentamos ir después de comer a la habitación y nadie estaba en recepción ni respondía el timbre, nos tuvieron un rato esperando en la puerta, enfado acentuado por la lluvia. El desayuno aunque no está mal me lo esperaba mejor para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas.
