The location was great, 10 min away from the northern end of the big beach and the castle. 3 min to the bus stop for the Moventis bus at Barri de Pescadores.
Breakfast buffet was great. There is a welcome drink. Hotel and room looked new. Has two pools. Would recommend.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (black hairs on floor and walls).
I had a room near the lift and apparently this was the place the cleaning ladies chose to meet and chat and it could be loud at times in the morning.

The hotel is in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the beach. All the staff—from Josep at reception, to the buffet team, the housekeeping staff, the pool cleaners, and Miky the pool bar waiter—were very attentive and friendly. The buffet food was very good, varied, and the service was excellent, with delicious paellas. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and have everything you need. There are also two pools. We had a really comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back.

Well located, good facilities, the buffet is very varied and the food is very good.
Bien ubicado, buenas instalaciones , el Buffet muy completo y la comida muy buena.
We’ve occasionally found ourselves in situations where a staff member didn’t speak much Spanish, and sometimes communication was a bit complicated. I think they shouldn’t, for example, be working in the café until their command of the local language improves. Even though there are lots of foreigners, we’re still in Spain.
Nos hemos encontrado en alguna situación de manera puntual de algún trabajador de habla poco español y a veces la comunicación a sido un poco complicada, creo que no deberían estar por ejemplo en cafetería hasta que mejoren el idioma local que aunque hay mucho extranjero estamos en España.

The reception staff, the cleaning lady, and the waiters were all very friendly. The buffet was, without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are two swimming pools, one more outdoor than the other, both very good.

The car park is definitely the worst part—there are hardly any spaces to park unless you want to park in the green, blue or red zones. It's essential to get a car park space.

The hotel is modern, with spacious, comfortable and functional rooms. I requested one with a sea view and it was assigned to me. The food was very tasty and the menu simple so you don’t get overwhelmed choosing. The Argentine young man was very attentive and pleasant, and the blonde cleaner with blue eyes was lovely and very affectionate with our little dog.
El hotel es moderno, habitaciones amplias, cómodas, funcionales. Pedí una con vistas al mar y me la asignaron, la comida muy rica y perfecta para no marearte en elegir. El chico argentino muy atento y agradable y la mujer de la limpieza rubia y ojos azules un encanto y muy cariñosa con nuestra perrita.
The rest of the staff should be friendlier if they deal with the public, especially at reception where they are very curt. But overall fine, no one was rude.
El resto de personal debería de ser más simpático si están de cara al público, sobre todo en recepción que son muy secos. Pero todo ok, nadie fue maleducado.
