El personal es respetuoso. Siempre estan trabajando, hay personal para todo incluso para recoger vasos usados entre tumbonas. Son muy constantes incluso bajo el calor sofocante. El desayuno es variado y lo mejor de todas las comidas. Mucha fruta exotica. Las camas son amplias 2x2 y confortables. No hay playa pero tienen un socorrista vigilando y puedes bañarte en mar abierto. El yoga es lo mejor de las actividades, frente al mar es una pasada. Hay servicio de transporte cada media hora para llevarte a la playa cercana. Para cenar habia dos restaurantes: italiano y dominicano que la comoda estaba rica y tenia vistas impresionantes al Mar.

El almuerzo y cena eran muy simplonas, sin variedad y faltaba pescado siempre. Las animaciones de noche cortaban a las 23:00 lo q resulta triste siendo un adult only. Consistían en bailecitos de pareja cosa q esta muy manida. El taller de aromaterapia mejor quitarlo porque solo te dan con una brocha de tinte un poco de crema en la cara. En el hotel falta sombra. Hay muchas tumbonas pero las tres piscinas están a pleno sol, resulta imposible no quemarse incluso con protector 50. Seria bueno que pusieran un toldo al menos en una piscina. Las habitaciones no estaban bien rematadas, no se fijan bien en los detalles. La carpinteria estaba mal cortada. El armario no estaba revestido. Las almohadas no son comodas si estas acostumbrado a una viscolastica te dejas el cuello alli. Falta mobiliario en la habitacion, use dos sillas de la terraza para poner ropa.
