Overall, we had a great time. We loved the buffet, the food was delicious, and the entertainment was great. Our kids had a great time, and so did we. The entertainment team is lovely. The proximity to the beach and the private showers at the entrance to rinse off the sand are a real plus. The main areas are very clean.
Hemos estado en general bien, el bufet nos ha encantado, la comida buenisima, la animación muy buena nuestros hijos se lo han pasado muy bien, y nosotros también, son encantadores los chicos que forman el equipo de animación.
La cercanía a la playa y las duchas privadas que tienen en la entrada para quitarte la arena es todo un acierto.
Las zonas comunes muy limpias.
The pillows are very uncomfortable, super thin. We didn't rest well because of the pillows. The room cleanliness leaves much to be desired; the beds were made reluctantly, the sheets were all wrinkled, as if a small child had made them, and I doubt they did much more than replenish amenities and that's it. We always stepped on sand on the floor when we entered, as if it wasn't swept properly. There were lots of bugs in the pool water. There's no natural juice on the buffet.

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, las camas las estiraban de mala gana, quedaban las sabanas todas arrugadas parece que las hubiera hecho un niño pequeño y dudo mucho que hicieran mucho más, reponían amenities y ya. Porque en el suelo siempre pisabamos al entrar arena como que no estaba bien barridos.
En el agua de la piscina muchos bichos.
En el bufet no hay zumo natural.

I'd also like to highlight the staff, who, considering their young age, were incredibly responsible and friendly. I also want to highlight the varied food and the luxury of including drinks in the price. The private showers for cleaning up after the beach and the access control with wristbands make the accommodation feel very secure. The rooms were properly cleaned, and the views from the room were a luxury: waking up and seeing the beach were a real treat. It's a great location.
Destacar el personal que para lo jóvenes que son eran super responsables y amables. También destacar la comida muy variada y un lujo que entraran las bebidas dentro del precio, también las duchas privadas para limpiarse después de la playa y el control de acceso con las pulseras hacen que el recinto estuviera muy asegurado. La limpieza de las habitaciones correctamente y las vistas de la habitación un lujo poder levantarte y ver la playa, por lo que muy buena ubicación.
The only negative thing we found was the refrigerator didn't cool well (I suppose they had it "capped" and the same with the air conditioning. I also think that even if you didn't have a kitchen, they could put a table on the terrace (it only comes with two chairs) so you could enjoy it like in many hotels. Our terrace light didn't work. We also had a bathroom that was specifically for disabled people, the toilet didn't reach the floor and the sink was very low, the shower being on the floor didn't drain properly and the entire bathroom floor got flooded. And to also say, having to take many elevators, queues formed so you sometimes had to wait a long time.
Lo único negativo que encontramos fue el frigorífico no enfriaba bien (supongo que lo tendrían "capado" y el aire acondicionado lo mismo. También creo que aunque no tuvieras cocina te podrían poner una mesa en la terraza ( solo viene con dos sillas) para poder disfrutar de la misma como en muchos hoteles. Nuestra luz de la terraza no funcionaba. Y tambien nos tocó una baño que era especifico para minusválidos, el retrete no llegaba al suelo y el lavabo era muy bajo, la ducha al ser suelo no colaba bien y se encharcaba todo el suelo del baño. Y por decir también, al tener que coger muchos ascensores se formaban colas por lo que te tocaba esperar a veces mucho tiempo.

You don't control the air conditioning, it stops at 2am and it's 12am and it's not working. There is no air conditioning in the main areas either, to get to the beach you have to take a lot of elevators which are always busy, especially those in reception.

The very small bathroom towels, the cleaning of the regular room, the food little variety but very good and we did not have a closet. Our room smelt horrible when we turned on the air conditioning. The small pool was sleepy like a pumice stone.
