4.7 Tatiana Covalciuc Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com June 2025 Basic Friendly staff, but not all. Some are friendly but realize that they won't get a tip. Clean pool. Only dinner and lunch are available. Breakfast is great. Great variety of cakes. Friendly entertainment staff and they do what they can.

Rooms with old furniture. Safe does not work. Dirt in the hallways and balconies. Dirt from horses and camels on the beach, lots of trash on the beach. Construction work starts at 7.30am. Smell of cat pee (there are cats) on the carpets. Dirt outside the hotel. Kitchen staff wear gloves when handling food, fruit, cakes. Powder-type juices, water, no lite drinks. Bar only with drinks and alcohol, 3 times a day. At night, drinks run out and there are no more. They only answer: "Finish." Weak entertainment, the same music every night. Dirty sun loungers, they haven't been cleaned in years. Towels are all different and grayish in color (I don't think they even use bleach). Tourist rates: 4 euros per night in addition to the full payment. Beach towels used for many years. Indoor pool has a cost. Aqua park costs 25 euros per person (and during our stay they were cleaning and tidying up). Everything is dirty and dusty.

Sumos tipo pó dilúvio com água Sem bebidas lite Bar apenas com bebidas e álcool dilúvio 3x No fonal de noite acaba bebidas e não ha mais . Apenas respondem : finish Animação fraquinha , música igual todas noites. Espreguiçadeiras sujas , não tiveram limpeza anos Toalhas são todas diferentes e com cor acinzentada ( acho que nem usam lixívia) Tarifa turistas 4E por noite alem do todo pagamento Toalhas praia usadas muitos anos Piscina interior tem custos Aqua parque tem preço 25E por pessoa ( e durante a nossa estadia estavam a limpar e arrumar ) tudo sujo e pó.
