We loved it. We know the area well but had never stayed at that hotel before. Everything was perfect except that we couldn't ski the days we were there because the resort was closed one day, and the other two days there were only 13 and 5 km of slopes open in one ski area, respectively, and there were strong gusts of wind.

We had a problem with the room we were assigned and the receptionist changed our room immediately, the problem was solved at the same time, besides being very nice, polite and friendly.

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. For the first two days, we were without shower gel or shampoo. The staff who cleaned the room didn't notice; we had to point it out. The bathroom cabinet shelves were very dusty.

Everything was great. I recommend booking car park for added convenience. The hotel staff, especially the receptionists, are very friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was very good, although if you don't arrive early you'll have to wait in long lines to order the eggs.

The location is ideal and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to all needs. The rooms are perfect and very spacious.

They could put a lot more effort into providing a better breakfast. There wasn't much variety, just the bare minimum. And of what they did have, many things weren't fresh. The bacon tasted like cardboard and the potato omelet was harder than a rock. On the other hand, I must say that dinner was a real success. A great variety, and some delicious dishes. Dinner makes up for the basic breakfast, thankfully.
Podrían esforzarse bastante más en proveer un mejor desayuno. No había mucha variedad, lo básico. Y de lo que si había, muchas cosas no eran frescas. El bacon sabía a cartón y las tortilla de patatas estaba más duro que una pierda. En cambio si que debo decir que la cena era todo un éxito. Mucha variedad, y unos platos riquísimos. La cena salva al desayuno básico, menos mal.

This isn't our first time staying at this hotel, and I must say it still has its charm and was generally very good. The hotel is spacious, with main areas, a swimming pool, covered car park, a restaurant and café, and a good breakfast (they could use fresh juice), well-presented and plentiful.

Good beds, clean rooms, we were able to rest well at least on the second floor where we were, the heated pool is very good after a day of skiing.

Car Park is expensive at €14 per day, especially considering how expensive the rooms are. We parked outside where there's plenty of car park to save some money. The reception staff were very serious and not at all friendly. They were polite, but that's about it.
