The ski passes weren't delivered to the hotel. Formigal staff said they were, but the hotel said they weren't, confirming they haven't delivered them for years. In total, we wasted over 30 minutes at the resort's ticket office trying to collect the passes. It would be much easier to receive them at the hotel. I would appreciate it if the booking confirmation indicated whether or not they will be available at the hotel for future bookings. Thank you.
El forfait no lo han entregado en el hotel. Desde formigal nos dicen que si y en el hotel que no, confirmando que hace años aue no los depositan. Total, mas de 30 min perdidos en taquillas de la estación para poder retirar los forfaits . Facilita mucho mas poder recibir los forfaits en el hotel. Agradecería se justificara en la reserva si estarán o no disponibles en el alojamiento para futuras reservas. Gracias
