The varied activities of yoga, meditation and reiki led by Beatriz and Laura helped us connect with our inner self, each introducing us to the world of yoga from her own knowledge. The buffet was very varied, especially at dinner, and overall quite good. The hotel is very peaceful, well laid out and organised; the adult pool and spa area are excellent. We will return.
Las actividades tan variadas de yoga, meditación, reiki, Beatriz y Laura nos hicieron conectar con nuestro YO interior descubriéndonos el mundo del Yoga cada una desde su conocimiento. El buffet muy variado, sobre todo en cenas , bastante bien, Hotel muy tranquilo. bien planteado y organizado, la piscina para adultos , la zona de spa excelentes, volveremos.
The overall impression is of a place half-renovated — there’s a strong contrast between some updated areas and others that are more old-fashioned, but generally it’s very well maintained. The *** area could do with a good facelift; the hotel has potential. Some showers and spa facilities were not working. The rehabilitation areas are exceptional.
La sensación en general es de estar a medio reformar, hay mucho contraste entre unas áreas actualizadas con otras más anticuadas , pero en general está muy bien cuidado, la zona *** necesitaría un buen lavado de cara, el hotel tiene potencial. Algunas duchas o servicios del spa no estaban funcionando. Las zonas rehabilitación son excepcionales.

We stayed in San Juan from 22 to 25 June 2026. The outdoor facilities are very good. The attitude of all the staff was excellent. Regarding the bathing areas, it’s great that there are two: one saltwater pool for adults, which is perfect, and the other a regular pool. The spa is very well set up. The bar area with its terrace, armchairs and comfortable sofas, plus tables with comfy chairs, creates a pleasant atmosphere for having a drink, and the bar staff were very kind and attentive. The buffet is fine but could be better — there was little variety in the breakfast and dinner offerings.
Hemos estado en San Juan del 22 al 25 de junio del 2026. Instalaciones exteriores estan muy bien. Trato de todo el personal fué excelente. Sobre las zonas de baño es genial que hayan dos una especial para adultos de agua salada perfecta y la otra normal. El Spa está muy bien montado. La zona del Bar con su terraza con unos sillones y sofas confortables a parte mesas con sillas cómodas, un ambiente agradable para tomar algo y el personal del Bar muy amables y atentos. Buffet está bien pero podria ser mejor con poca variedad de productos en el desayuno y cena.
We stayed in the three-star hotel and not the four-star one. The rooms were adequate but in need of maintenance. The bathroom was very small, and there was a terrace with a table and two chairs and a clothes drying rack; it should have a fridge. There was only one socket in the room and the other was in the washbasin area; the bedside tables are metal. The walls should be soundproofed — you can hear the occutrousers of the neighbouring room quite clearly. The pool towels: I find the €20 deposit reasonable, but I don’t think it’s right that you must also pay €5 per towel and that this amount isn’t refundable. I’ve been to many hotels with a pool and you only pay the deposit. On the 23rd it was my friend’s anniversary and the hotel didn’t have any gesture; if I wanted one I would have had to pay.
Estuvimos en el Hotel de tres estrellas y no en la de cuatro, habitaciones correctas falta una mano de mantenimiento, baño muy pequeño con una terraza con una mesa y dos sillas con un extenedor para ropa, tendría que disponer de una nevera, sólo había un enchufe en la habitación y el otro está en el lavabo, las mesitas son metálicas. Tendrían que tener las paredes insonorizadas oyes bastante a los ocupantes de la habitación de al lado. Las toallas de la piscina encuentro correcto el depósito de 20€ pero no veo correcto que a parta debas pagar 5€ por toalla y dicho importe no sea reembolsado, estado en muchos hoteles con piscina y solo pagas el depósito. El día 23 fué el aniversario de mi amiga y el hotel no tuvo ningún detalle, si lo quería debía de pagar.

We loved the pool. It was great to have a small gym and a spa.
The food was a bit hit-and-miss.
It wasn't of very high quality. Drinks at the bar were perhaps a bit expensive.

The rooms are very old and need updating; the bathroom is the same. The towels are very worn, and on the first floor where we were staying there wasn’t even a mini fridge.

The food is a battle.
The breakfasts are quite good.
It was my birthday and they didn’t have any small gesture. I’ve stayed in several hotels and they’ve always had a little something.

Las terrazas de la primera planta están totalmente comunicadas. Es decir que si sales a sentarte a la terraza, parece que estás acompañada del vecino.
La comida es a batalla.
Los desayunos están bastante bien.

Quiet hotel; there is an adults-only pool area. Plenty of food for vegetarians.

Too few staff in the dining room; not recommended if you’re travelling with small children, as there’s no food for them at the buffet, for example macaroni, croquettes, or breaded chicken. Drinks are quite expensive.

There are two large swimming pools, one of them adults-only, with sunbeds and Balinese beds.
The food is varied and of good quality.

The pool area is very pleasant; it has a peaceful atmosphere. There is plenty of greenery, which makes for a pleasant and welcoming stay.
