Rustic hotel for skiers, very good treatment, very good food, we had half board and everything was correct.

The location of the hotel is precise, very quiet and with beautiful mountain views.
El lugar dónde está el hotel es preciso, muy tranquilo y con unas vistas a la montaña muy bonitas.
The rooms were very bad first the beds were very uncomfortable, very old mattresses. 2 the cleaning service was totally deficient, they didn't make our beds, they just left the sheets folded at the foot of the bed and the bedspreads rolled up in any way, lying on the side of the room. The bathroom was left untouched and the garbage was not taken out either. We will not go to this hotel again.
Las habitaciones muy malas primero las camas muy incómodas, colchones muy viejos. 2 el servicio de limpieza totalmente deficiente, no nos hacían las camas solo dejaban las sábanas dobladas al pie de cama y las colchas enroscadas de cualquier manera tiradas en un costado de la habitación. El baño ni lo tocaban y tampoco sacaban la basura. No volveremos a ir a ese hotel.

We had the check in time from 14h and the hotel was closed, it seemed a scam as it gave you the feeling that it was abandoned, after 14'30 a guy appeared with a vacuum cleaner to leave it in the hotel and when I told him that I had a reservation he said that until 17h could not enter the end gave us the room key because we were going with a child but it all seemed a bad joke. The hotel bar and dining room facilities were closed, so to have a coffee in the morning you had to walk along the road for a quarter of an hour. And the rooms were very old, more like a roadside guesthouse than a hotel.
Teníamos la hora de entrada a partir de las 14h y el hotel estaba cerrado, parecia un timo ya que te daba la sensación de que estaba abandonado,pasadas las 14'30 apareció un chico con un aspirador para dejarlo en el hotel y cuando le comento que tenía reserva me dice que hasta las 17h no se podía entrar al final nos dió la llave de la habitación por que íbamos con un niño pero todo parecía una broma de mal gusto. El hotel con las instalaciones de bar y comedor cerradas por lo tanto para tomarte un café por la mañana tenías que ir andando por la carretera un cuarto de hora. Y las habitaciones muy antiguas, más que un hotel parece una pensión de carretera.
