Well equipped kitchen, 4 bed apartment without bunk beds was great. Comfy beds and warm rooms.
Payable underground carpark is very dear - i'd recommend parking along the street, which is what we did. Due to location of the apartments, you will need a car to get to the slopes or rely on a ski bus that goes to Grau Roig around every 30 mins from 9 til 4:30. Very late check in (4pm) and very early checkout (10am) was very disappointing.

Great apartment and views. Super handy that Skiset Bordes was in the same building so we could rent ski equipment easily. Also there was a supermarket across the street which was great. And 5 min drive to Grau Roig.

I wasn't pleased that they ignored my request to have a terrace, as we had several bookings, and all the other bookings had been assigned rooms with terraces except for us. We were the only ones who had requested one. It should be noted that all three bookings had the same room type.
No me ha gustado que no han hecho ningun caso a la solicitud que les hice sobre poner disponer de un terraza ya que éramos varias reservas y a todas las demás le habían asignado habitaciones con terraza menos a nosotros, siendo nosotros los únicos que lo habíamos solicitado. The apartment is very clean and has fantastic views of the mountains (including snowboard slopes), ideal for those who go skiing and use it only as a place of hygiene and rest. It has all the necessary other services for cooking in the apartment itself. Having car park and Wi-Fi in the same building is also a great advantage. Communication via WhatsApp with reception was also very fast and efficient.
El apartamento muy limpio y con unas vistas fantásticas a la montaña (incluso pistas de snowboard) ideal para aquellos que van a esquiar y lo dedican únicamente como sitio de higiene y descanso. Tiene todos los accesorios necesarios para cocinar en el mismo apartamento. Tener parking y Wifi en el mismo edificio también es una gran ventaja. La comunicación vía Whatsapp con recepción también fue muy rápida y eficiente.
If you are going to ski and have to go to the slopes by transfer, I recommend asking at reception how to get around. Depending on the building you are staying in, at the beginning of your stay it can be a bit chaotic to know where you have to go out to get to reception (we were in E), as it is located on the opposite sidewalk and the door to the building and the car park lot are behind the main road. If reception explains how to get around, great, but that was not the case for us. The next morning we went to suggest if they could have explained it to us and the reception manager washed his hands of it, claiming that we came through an agency.
Si vas a esquiar y tienes que ir a pistas en transfer, recomiendo preguntar en recepción como moverse. En función del edificio donde estés, al principio de la estancia puede resultar un poco caótico saber por donde tienes que salir para ir a recepción (estábamos en el E), pues está ubicada en la acera de enfrente y la puerta del edificio y del parking se encuentran detrás de la carretera principal. Si desde recepción te explican como moverte, genial, pero no fue nuestro caso. La mañana siguiente fuimos a sugerir si podían habérnoslo explicado y el jefe de recepción se limpió las manos, alegando que veníamos por agencia.

The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. We paid for closed car park and the doors were wide open for 9 nights. Taking into account that I paid €12. And I complained that the doors did not close, a robbery. 3 hangers in the closet for 3 people, they resolved us with another 3, ridiculously, and also half a closet for mops, we will not return.

The apartment is quite spacious and everything seems to be of good quality and is quite new. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher and even a washing machine in a cupboard. Plenty of storage area in kitchen and bedroom. And hangers for everyone at the entrance, with another closet. There is a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.
El apartamento es bastante amplio y todo parece de buena calidad y está bastante nuevo. La cocina muy bien equipada con frigo grande, lavavajillas e incluso lavadora en un armario. Mucha zona de almacenaje en cocina y dormitorio. Y perchas para todos en la entrada, con otro armario.
Hay un aseo y un baño con bañera.
There is a toilet and a bathroom with a hot tub but no plug and not working. No problem, the shower, great. More ecological. We chose two apartments of 4. They would have about 60 meters. We did not understand very well the distribution of the bedrooms. With how big it was, having to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room is not the best solution. If there is only one bedroom and it is for four people, I would opt for some bunk beds (even if they are in the corridor), or a folding bed, which is fantastic now, with real mattresses. In one of the apartments the sofa was Italian (better), but in the other, you slept on the seat.
Hay un aseo y un baño con bañera de hidromasaje pero sin tapón y sin funcionar. No problema, la ducha, estupenda. Más ecológico.
Escogimos dos apartamento de 4. Tendrían unos 60 metros. No entendimos muy bien la distribución de las estancias. Con lo grande que era, que haya que dormir en el sofá cama en el salón, no es la mejor solución. Si solo hay un dormitorio y es para cuatro personas optaría por unas literas (aunque sean en el pasillo), o una cama plegable que ahora las hay fantásticas, con colchones de verdad. En uno de los apartamentos el sofá era italiano (mejor), pero en el otro, dormías sobre el asiento.
