On the other hand, in the room that corresponds to the fourth floor, it was horribly hot, and the air conditioning does not work... the toilet cistern also did not work either.
No fue para nada romántico pues al llegar a recepción el que nos atendió nos dijo que la botella de cava y unos dulces no podía ser hasta las 23h que era cuando llegue su compañero y me la subía a la habitación o bajaba a por ella mejor que el no podía porque estaba solo. Bueno, pues la sorpresa que pensaba darle a mi pareja se fue al garete. Pues a las 23:30 h, bajé a recepción porque no sé sabía nada del tema. Me dieron la botella caliente y un par de bombones y eso que en la habitación hay bar frigorífico que ya la podían haber puesto desde el principio. Con una cubitera y hielo se pudo poner remedio. Por otro lado en la habitación que corresponde a la cuarta planta, hacía un calor horrible, y el aire acondicionado no funciona.. también la cisterna del WC no funcionaba tampoco.

La verdad estoy acostumbrada ha reservar varios chollos y como este hotel ninguno fatal para empezar no era como decían en la descripción de la botella de cava en habitación y Dulce de bienvenida eso nunca lo pusieron , también el spa no funciona no tiene nada de animación este hotel en comparación con todos los que he reservado antes , súper antiguas las habitaciones y el desayuno fatal el personal casi no vimos a nadie parecía un. La peor experiencia de mi vida, llevo años viajando con Buscó un Chollo, y no he podido tener peor experiencia no de vosotros, sino del sitio desde luego no repito más en mi vida en este Hotel si se le puede llamar así, deberían de ser más claros a la hora de publicar la oferta específica bien lo que hay y no hay porque yo pensaba que era un spa de toda regla pero eso era una mini piscina con dos sillas dentro del agua y encima se movían, y no funcionaban bien , el agua sucia mucho cloro ,
Todo no me ha gustado las habitaciones viejas sucias, todo en mal estado yo cogí 2 habitaciones una la tele no funcionaba porque las instalaciones están podridas, tuve que llamar y vino una chica de la limpieza según a arreglar, no iso más que cambiar de todos los enchufes porque no funcionan todos , el techo agrietado, las habitaciones olian mal a viejo , a humo de cigarrillos, las camas se hunden, todo mal hasta las mesitas estaban rotas , una nevera tampoco iba por falta de enchufes, En conclusión ese Hotel no vale no engañen a la gente con que es de 4 estrellas porque eso parece de 1 y hasta mejor los hay , todo SUCIO, DAÑADO, HABITACIONES FEAS VIEJAS SUCIAS, y la cómida pésima , todo muy muy Mal...y especifiquen mejor a la hora de publicar una oferta eso no es un spa mejor esta el del gym de mi marido . Lo puntuó con un 0 porque no puedo darle menos en todos los aspectos...
