This hotel is located in the tourist resort of Trianta-Ixia, separated by the coastal road from the beautiful sand and gravel beach, which you can reach without any problem through an underpass. If you need to use the public transport service, you can also find a stop a few steps away. There are good bus connections to the town of Rhodes, which is four kilometres away. The hotel, which is set within a large palm-fringed garden estate, consists of two main buildings and several villas, all of which are air-conditioned, and has a total of 378 apartments. In the welcoming entrance hall there is a reception area with four elevators and a safe. There is also a bar, a TV room and an à la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area. For children there is a children's club and a playground where they can play and run around. The tastefully decorated and furnished double rooms and chalets have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. They are also equipped with direct dial telephone and stereo system. A mini-fridge, balcony or terrace and air-conditioning system are also available in these elegant accommodations. The rooms in the villas are somewhat more spacious than the double rooms and also have views of the pool or the sea. In the elegant outdoor area you will find a swimming pool with children's area, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Those who want to do some sport or spend their free time can play tennis, ping-pong, basketball and petanque, as well as practice aerobics. The pool area is a disaster. Perhaps there were too many people for two small pools. There were leftover food and drinks everywhere around the pool and under the lounge chairs, and a lot of trash or leftover food on plates and glasses in different areas of the hotel. The reception was mediocre to unfriendly to guests. The buffet has limited hours for lunch and dinner only; there is no fast-food buffet between those hours. We arrived in the afternoon without lunch and were tired from our holiday, and there was nothing to eat, only drinks at the pool bar. If you want your children to have a snack, or eat some chips or pizza, forget it. It's not like other all-inclusive hotels, where there is a basic buffet in the afternoon if anyone wants a snack. You have to wait until dinner, which is very unusual for a Meliá chain that promises an all-inclusive experience. Many people went to the street market to buy food, such as chips or snacks, for their children or to accompany a drink. A disaster.The evening entertainment was very basic, with perhaps a karaoke bar or a mediocre singer. Don't expect high-class all-inclusive entertainment. The service is very similar to a 3-star hotel. The drinks and cocktails were very mediocre; some bartenders had to read a guide to find out what ingredients were in each drink, even though they were super basic (Cuba Libre, Sex on the Beach, etc.). The beach is across the avenue; there are hotel lounge chairs, but no one to clean it. It's also quite neglected, the umbrellas are old and inefficient, and there's no hotel staff. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again; I can't believe how low the Meliá chain has sunk.

La zona de piscinas es un desastre. Quizás es mucha gente para 2 piscinas no muy grandes, había restos de comidas y bebidas por todos lados alrededor de las piscina y bajo las reposeras, mucha basura o restos de comidas en platos y vasos en diferentes espacios de las instalaciones del hotel. La recepción de mediocre a mala predisposición al cliente. Para comer el buffet tiene un horario limitado solo de almuerzo y cena, no hay ningún buffet de comida rápida entre esos horarios, llegamos a la tarde sin almorzar y cansados de nuestro viaje y no había nada para comer, solo bebidas en la barra de la piscina. Si quieres que tus hijos tengan una merienda o coman unas papas o pizza, olvidalo, no es como en otros All Inclusive que hay un buffet básico por la tarde por si alguien quiere picar algo, hay que esperar hasta la cena, muy raro siendo de la cadena Meliá y prometiendo un All Inclusive. Mucha gente iba al Market de la calle a comprar comida, tipo papas fritas o snacks, para sus hijos o para acompañar una bebida, un desastre. La animación de la noche, muy básica, quizás un Karaoke o alguien que cante de manera mediocre, no esperes una animación estilo All Inclusive de categoría. Es muy similar a un hotel 3 estrellas por el servicio tan básico. Las bebidas y tragos muy mediocres, algunos mozos de la barra tenían que leer en un ayuda que tenían para saber que ingredientes lleva cada trago que se pedía, siendo que eran súper básicos (Cuba Libre, Sex on the Beach, etc.). La playa es cruzando la avenida, hay reposeras del hotel pero nadie que limpie un poco, también está bastante descuidada, las sombrillas viejas e ineficientes, y no hay personal del hotel. No volvería a alojarme en este hotel, no puedo creer lo bajo que cayó la cadena Meliá.
