The Hotel is lovely and close to the mains attractions.Great metro station and bus links to the city and the airport.The room was spacious and clean and had all the things needed( toothbrush, toothpaste,soap, showercaps) Breakfast was plenty and delicious,we had half board and dinner was 3 course( plenty and delicious)(drinks not included)
Staff was excellent,special thanks to Alexandra(Romanian girl) who was very friendly and helpful.
The noise outside at night,our room was facing the road.

We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel! Everything was perfect for our family stay, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Plus, the spa is accessible to all guests, and we had a wonderful time there.
Rien à dire pour cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait pour notre séjour en famille et l’équipe était vraiment à l’écoute. En plus le spa est accessible à tous les résidents et nous avons passé un agréable moment dedans.

Truly top-notch spa and a perfect couples massage. Very comfortable beds. Meticulous housekeeping staff. Functional rooms and renovated and functional bathroom.

The gym is not well equipped, there are a lot of weights missing and there is not much you can do apart from running, and everything is really poorly maintained. Not enough lounge chairs around the pool. The fire alarm went off one morning. The room on the street side is noisy on weekends.
Salle de sport pas bien équipée, il manque beaucoup de poids et à part courir on ne peut pas faire grande chose, et tout est vraiment mal entretenu. Pas assez de chaises lounges autour de la piscine. L’alarme incendie avait sonnée un matin. Chambre côté rue bruyante le week-end.

The breakfast is very complete. All delicious and of the day. For all tastes.

There was a lack of amenities. They gave us a couple of miniature bottles of gel and two small soaps. The next day they left us a large bottle but it smelled like disinfectant.
The shower was beautiful but the water came out from underneath. One day it came up to our room.
Faltaban amenities . Nos pusieron un par de botellas en miniatura de gel y dos jaboncitos. Al día siguiente nos dejaron un bote grande pero olía como desinfectante.
La ducha era preciosa pero salía el agua por debajo. Un día nos llegó hasta la habitación.

Our room faced a back street where there is a nightclub and the truth is that we could hear noise from people and cars, we knew this so we were aware that it could happen to us depending on the room.
