We have stayed a couple of time before at this hotel so was excited to be returningsp, esecially for the delicious food that we had eaten on our previous stays. However this time we were really disappointed with the evening meals in the Louis restaurant. The steaks were tough, the salmon was boring and the seafood risotto lacked taste. Also not sure where the pesto was on in the pesto pasta. We decided to eat in the buffet at the Princess Parc as we were so disappointed. We had gormet lunch up the mountain almost every day and this food was superior to the Diana Parc. Great shame as we will think twice about returning.
Very disappointed with the evening meals in the Louis restaurant.

I thought it was wonderful, in terms of facilities, service, staff, etc. Everything was great, but I want to give special mention to the restaurant staff—all of them in general, but especially the maître d', who was always attentive, kind to my children, and paid attention to many little details that made all the difference. Highly recommended hotel. The rooms are spacious; in our case, a well-laid-out quadruple room. All four beds were very comfortable, which is especially appreciated after a day of skiing. There are plenty of wardrobes, making it much easier to organize clothes and equipment, especially when travelling with children. Everything is well thought out for families, with many thoughtful touches. The food, both at the buffet and in the restaurant, was very good. Variety, quality, and excellent service overall.

Whenever you book a 5-star hotel, you expect something exceptional. We are frequent guests from Andorra, and we've easily stayed in over 30 hotels. The Princesa Parc Excellence needs to improve its management, renovate many outdated features, and address basic details like the hot water, which was by far the worst part of our stay.

When I checked into the hotel around 5 pm, after a full day of skiing and an early start to travel to Andorra, I discovered that the room I had booked wasn't as described in the booking. I had reserved a superior room with a whirlpool tub, but it only had a shower. I went down to reception to see if they could move me to a room with a whirlpool tub, and they told me that renovations had been done at the beginning of the season and that the room no longer had one. They offered me a small compensation with a spa voucher, but I was short on time as I had plans. The reception staff were unsympathetic; the head of reception kept insisting that the mistake was my fault for making the booking, which really upset me, as the error was theirs for not updating their room information since the beginning of the season. They tried to compensate by offering three more vouchers for my friends, but we couldn't accept them either.The service was truly unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, and I am still waiting for a response and compensation for this logistical failure that led to such a poor experience during my stay.
Cuando hice el check-in al hotel sobre las 17 de la tarde despues de haber estado todo el dia esquiando y haber madrugado para ir hasta andorra me encuentro que la habitaciĂłn que tenia reservada no era realmente como se veia a la hora de hacer la reserva. Yo reserve una habitacion superior con bañera de hidromasaje y esta tenia ducha. Baje para hablar con recepciĂłn haber si me podian cambiar a una habitaciĂłn que tuviera y me dijeron que se habian hecho reformas a principios de temporada y que ya no tenia bañera de hidromasaje. Me ofrecieron una pequeña compensaciĂłn con un vale para el spa pero tenia muy poco tiempo ya que tenia planes por hacer. La gente de la recepciĂłn poco empaticos, el encargado de recepciĂłn no me paraba de decir que ese fallo habia sido culpa mia a la hora de hacer la reserva lo cual ya me saco fuera de lugar cuando realmente el error era suyo por no actualizar la informaciĂłn de sus habitaciones ya desde principios de temporada intento compensarlo ofreciendo 3 vales mas para mis amigos pero no los podiamos aceptar tampoco. La verdad un trato muy inadecuado para un hotel de 5 estrellas y sigo a la espera de que me respondan y compensen este fallo suyo de logĂstica por esta mala experiencia en la estancia.
