Very good breakfast, location just perfect. Parking is good, but sometimes messing with dedicated place. Very comfy beds and pillows.
The air conditioning was not very good despite individual control panel in the room In reality, it only turns the air conditioning on or off.
TV set is big but not very good.

Our room (Junior suite) was spacious with lots of storage. It was perfect for our family of four.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially the concierge, and the general manager. They were always checking that we were happy and had everything we needed.
The food was varied and tasty. There was definitely something for everyone. The beef dishes were a highlight for us.
The bathrooms were old and tired, and could definitely do with a refurb.
The room was very hot, we couldn’t cool it down with the aircon as it seemed stuck on heating mode. We had to open the window to cool down the room, which resulted in very noisy nights.
The food was sometimes not hot enough.
It sometimes felt as if there was a shortage of trained staff in the bar/dining area.

Les habitacions molt bé i els llits molt còmodes. Té un petit gimnàs obert de 6:30 a 21h. L'SPA no el vaig visitar i tampoc vaig menjar allà així que no puc opinar sobre això.

Very kind and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast and dinner with wide choice of nourishing meals appreciated by skiers. Perfect location to explore Andorra la Vella as well.

Before choosing this hotel, obviously, I read all the feedbacks and understood that many customers didn't like hotel's food. Contrary, all our family and friends were pleasanlty suprised with the variety of food. To be honest, we were blown away how tasty and good food was.
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Playroom was a bonus travelling with small kids.
Have in mind, that there is no room for skis and boots in the hotel. There are lockers at Funicular station (Encamp) at price approx. 85 Eur/locker where you can store up to 5 pairs of boots and 5 pairs of skis. After all we liked the idea that we could leave our boots and skis at the station before taking the bus.
Andorra La Vella is very beautiful, especially old town.
Overall we enjoyed our holiday and we would highly recomment this hotel. There are some things to be taken into consideration when coming to Andorra for skiing holiday (I mentioned those in dissadvantages), but if not for skiing Holiday Inn is just a perfect place to stay.
- Too far from the slopes. It takes about 20-30 min to get to the closest town with funicular (cable car) Encamp. Then additional 20-30 min to get to the top with this cable car.
- They charge for hotel shuttle about 3 Eur return and (in the morning only two time slots were available 8.30 and 9.30 and return 4,30). As these hours were not convenient for us being with the kids, we used public bus (the stop is just few metres from the hotel) and price was 1,90 Eur per ticket one way per adult.

Good location for Andorra la Vella old town
Shuttle bus is very badly organised, some days you need a reservation, others you don’t. Sometimes the hotel will try and charge you 3€ Each way for the transfer, despite it being included. Sometimes the hotel will let you load all your skiing gear on to the bus, let you board and then tell you there are not enough seats and you must wait for another bus to arrive.
As a hotel that is away from the ski lifts, they should really get this right, there are better and cheaper alternatives nearer closer to funicamp gondola which I would use next time.
Staff aren’t particularly bothered about this or overall customer experience, wasn’t even asked how my stay way when left. Would not recommend.

Reception staff were very nice, helpful and kind.
Food in general was really good and we had a big selection every meal to choose from, all tasking really nice.
We did not feel like a 5 start hotel.
- They did not have spare pillows for two days.
-They did not have small spoons at the restaurant, they argue when asked several times for one in the bar!. - - It was not clear that a cap was mandatory for the pool, and that we had to pay 2 eur to get one from the hotel.
- We did not have a shower mat nor dressing gowns for the first two days.

The internet worked extremely well for hotel. The price of the package was good for the weekend. The double bed was big and the sofa couch was good to sleep on. The location of the hotel is good. I would stay here again for a weekend if I get a deal in a package.
This is far from a 5 star hotel in quality. The staff, the spa area was pathetic. The dry sauna had a metal handle on the INSIDE of the door that was hot, almost burning your hand when you left. One shower for 50 people, children were running in and out of the Sauna and the person at the reception said nothing to them. The staff were useless at the hotel, from the restaurant to the reception. The rooms had no way to dry wet clothes, which is important on a ski trip to the mountains. The tv had a useless remote and no smart functions. The rooms were not in the best conditions.
