Solicité camas separadas, nos pusieron una de matrimonio. Las actividades del hotel son completamente en francés y 0 destinadas al turista español. La comida mediocre, variada pero deja mucho que desear.

The truth is that I was surprised from the moment I arrived at the hotel by the incredible attention there is in the hotel. At the reception Lehsene greeted us and was amazing with us. Then all the workers especially Benito and Abraham who are super polite and detailed made us feel at home. And the entertainment team although most did not speak Spanish, Inma and Astrid made our stay the best, we could talk and play with them and doing the activities they had planned, the truth excellent girls, workers and entertainers. The hotel is super comfortable, it is very well located between two beautiful coves that you have less than 5min walk (Cala Mandia and Cala Romantica). We were in an all inclusive and all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were super varied and very rich, the value for money is a 10/10, the snacks if that would lack a little more things to offer as options but being between the beaches and pools is not much lacking. The cleaning team of the rooms is amazing and super polite we always found the room when we returned in perfect condition. The pool was a little dirty in the afternoons, I don't know why maybe they turn off the filter or something but in the mornings it was pretty clean. Overall it was an amazing stay, we would repeat and I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Mallorca to disconnect and have a great time.
La verdad me sorprendió desde que llegue la increíble atención que hay en el hotel. En recepción nos recibió Lehsene y fue increíble con nosotros. Luego todos los trabajadores en especial a Benito y Abraham que son súper educados y detallistas nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Y el equipo de animación aunque la mayoría no hablaba español, Inma y Astrid hicieron de nuestra estancia la mejor, pudiendo hablar y jugar con ellas y haciendo las actividades que tenían planificadas, la verdad excelentes chicas, trabajadoras y animadoras. El hotel es súper cómodo, está muy bien ubicado entre dos calas preciosas que tienes a menos de 5min andando (cala mandia y cala romántica). Estuvimos en un todo incluido y todas las comidas (desayuno, almuerzo y cena) estuvieron súper variado y muy rico, la relación calidad precio es un 10/10, las meriendas si que faltaría un poco más de cosas que ofrecer como opciones pero al estar entre las playas y las piscinas tampoco se echa mucho en falta. El equipo de limpieza de las habitaciones es increíble y súper educado siempre encontrábamos la habitación al volver en perfecto estado. La piscina estaba un poco sucia por las tardes, no se por qué quizá apagan el filtro o algo pero en las mañanas si que estaba bastante limpia. En general fue una estancia increíble, volveríamos a repetir y la recomiendo para todos los que quieran alojarse en Mallorca para desconectar y pasarla genial.
The shower in the room soaked the entire bathroom, that's the only negative. And they didn't put toothpaste or bar soap. The snacks are a bit scarce but it's not as bad as the reviews I read said.

Hotel focused exclusively on foreigners. The animators forget to speak Spanish and at reception they barely know the language. Meal times are around the English schedule. We were given a kind of "apartment" away from the hotel grounds. They did not have the lights on at night. There were no known drinks in the all-inclusive package. And the day it rained the water got into the room. There is no cleaning service on Wednesdays or Saturdays, which they do not inform you about either.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and always attentive to you in the best possible way. The facilities were great. They let us use the facilities after checkout as well since we had a late flight back which was great for us. The cooks, chefs, waiters, receptionists, all were very polite and friendly.
El personal era excelente. Todo el mundo super simpaticos y siempre atendiendote de la mejor forma possible. La instalaciones estaban genial.
