The staff on foot is very good, some of the bosses or managers as well, others better not to cross paths with them because they do not understand and seem to want to appear like they know something.

"I traveled with my mother (with mobility issues) and this hotel has been the best choice for our holiday. Very attentive and friendly staff, offering all possible comforts, perfect, clean and well-maintained facilities, the Spa and the outdoor pool are wonderful. The Buffet products (breakfast and dinner) were phenomenal, in addition to the variety and quality of the food, I must mention the constant attention of the staff, and highlight the great kindness and attention of the chef "Coco". Viajé con mi madre (con problemas de movilidad) y este hotel ha sido el mayor acierto para nuestras vacaciones.
Personal muy atento y amable, ofreciendo todas las comodidades posibles, instalaciones perfectas, limpias y cuidadas, el Spa y la piscina exterior son una maravilla.
Los productos del Buffet (desayuno y cena) fenomenal, además de la variedad y calidad de los mismos, debo mencionar la atención constante del personal, y destacar la gran amabilidad y atención del cocinero "Coco".

Most of the staff is lovely, although at the front desk, there are a couple of very unpleasant people (the rest are great). But whether it's there, in the dining room, or the cleaning staff, no complaints.
La mayoría del personal es encantador, aunque en recepción, hay un par de personas de lo más desagradable (el resto es genial). Pero ya sea ahí, en comedor o personal de limpieza, sin queja alguna.
The rooms. They are small, the furniture looks like it came from IKEA scrap yards, with no doors on the closets, and the bathrooms are very old.
The hotel is completely oriented towards foreigners... there were only 20 Spanish people in the hotel, so even the nighttime entertainment was very early and only for them. I wouldn't go back to the hotel precisely because of this... I felt like the foreigner in my own country.
Las habitaciones. Son pequeñas, el mobiliario parece salido de los desguaces de IKEA, sin puertas en los armarios, y los baños muy antiguos.
El hotel, está totalmente orientado a los extranjeros....éramos solamente 20 personas españolas en el hotel, con lo que hasta el entretenimiento nocturno era a una hora tempranísima y solamente para ellos. No volvería al hotel precisamente por esto...parecía yo la extranjera en mi propio país.
